“A excellent piece of technology. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. Do not expect to use it once and the stiffness is gone. Little and often over a couple of days following the guidelines. The musclegun is part of the overall recovery process and does not replace regular stretching & some icing which should also be used. I have the Carbon musclegun.”

“It’s a bit early for me to say how effective it is, I suspect it will be be a contribution to looking after my muscles an addition to my routine, rather than a replacement of stretches and yoga and stuff. It’s a quality piece of kit, looks swish, arrives in a nice box. It isn’t 200 quids worth though.”

“This item is a bit pricey, but it’s one of the best investments I’ve made for sometime. I use it for treating muscle injuries, such as muscle spasms, pulled muscles, sprained muscles, etc. For this, it is absolutely amazing. Injuries that I’ve had for years and treated with physio, yoga and Pilates, now have a machine that gives me more relief in five minutes than five months of stretching will. Very happy with this”

“Honest review:. My local gym has a Theragun for its members to use & I use it. However, when looking to purchase a percussive massage gun for my partner & I to use, I chose the MuscleGun Carbon. I've got to be honest, it's great due to its comparatively light weight, solid construction & simple design makes it easier to manoeuvre when compared to the Theragun. 5 intensity settings are good however, I typically use three of the five available. In short, a good product & I hope whoever reads this review finds it useful.”
