“I purchased two items for my Sister’s 40th birthday, and they were dispatched quickly and beautifully presented. Unfortunately I’d ordered gold and not silver, but Muru exchanged them no questions asked and refunded the difference. Exceptional service, couldn’t have asked for better. Made a difficult time a little brighter too, as my sister is currently quite unwell and the gifts and quick and caring customer service brightened her day.”

“I wanted to order a rosegold anklet (I had the same before, but unfortunately the chain broke and couldn’t be fixed), but now it’s only available in gold and silver. I contacted Muru via Facebook and when it turned out that there are very few pieces of rosegold anklets left, I was able to replace my old anklet. Special thanks to Faye, who picked my message up and helped throughout the process!”
