“Muluhome has been nothing short of efficient and helpful. Their negotiation and conveyancing teams always reassured me of the progression of the sale of my house even when the first buyer pulled out of the sale. Despite that, they managed to get two other buyers to view the property in the first week and presented me with both of their offers just a day after the sale fell through. I accepted just the right offer which only took more than a month to complete. I will certainly be recommending this company to family and friends. Thank you for all your hard work!”

“my property has been on the market for over a year with 2 other agencies but none of them had delivered the promise of a quick sale. i was first reluctant to instruct muluhome but they assured me that my house was saleable and that they'd endeavour to get me the best possible price for it. after a few weeks of marketing, they were able to sell my house to a buyer i liked and i am really satisfied. thank you muluhome for your hard work! will surely do business with you again soon!”

“Moni was amazing throughout the transaction, very professional and proactive. The team managed to increase the buyers initial offer and whilst two previous agents failed to get any interest for the property I was very impressed with the service received by yourselves. Moni was always more than happy to chase up the buyer, their financial advisor and their solicitor and made the transaction a much smoother process. I would have been alot more anxious without the support of Moni.”

“I would like to say from the time that moni took over our sale the transaction has been excellent. he gave 100% and was always there for me during the sale. my only downfall was the fees are a bit high so that was disappointing. but once again I'd like to say that moni is a credit to your establishment. “Mulu Homes were extremely professional from start to finish. I had a named person that dealt with every aspect of the sale and Moni is a true credit to the company. Pushing for the sale to go through as quickly as possible. Although not the cheapest you certainly get the service you'd expect for paying that bit more. Thank you.”

“During the whole process of purchasing this property, your representative Moni was both helpful and conscientious I can think of very few if any occasions that he did not return calls and although towards the end the sale did have some difficulties in concluding he showed determination to conclude the sale to both parties satisfaction I can give him a glowing report on his service and attitude in how he represented your company Thanks”

“As an investor myself, I have been involved in quite a few house purchases and sales in the last 5 years or so and my experience with being both a buyer and seller has been negligible. However, this wasn't the case with Muluhome. Their assurances of a quick sale was spot on! In fact if not for their hard work, I think I'd still be waiting for the solicitors to get on with it. In a nutshell, very professional, friendly and informative. Definitely 5 stars!”
