About Multiyork Furniture:

Multiyork design, build and sell quality sofas, armchairs, dining and occasional furniture, all available to buy online or in one of our 58 stores nationwide. Our Winter Sale is now on every sofa, sofa bed, dining set and cabinet. All of our sofas and armchairs are handmade in Thetford, Norfolk and come with a 15-year guarantee, replaceable covers and choice of fabrics.

“The communication between store, central depts and us could have been better and I spent some time trying to get an accurate picture for delivery dates etc”

“My wife and I Have been Multiyork customers for a period of in excess of 20years. from our first purchase f two settees, followed by a chair, nest of tables, coffee table, television cabinet and megazine rack/table, add to this numerous purchases of lose covers for the settees and the chair. all of which have been excellent condition and value. We have recently purchased another chair. and are delighted with the purchase. Add to this the excellent, helpful and friendly attention from the staff at Multiyork Sheffield particularly Maura who has dealt with us since our first purchase.”

“I am surprised you have the check to ask us what we think of you. You supplied faulty goods, resulting in damage to our floor, then refused to abide by our statutory rights to return the goods to you. We want nothing more to do with your company. I will certainly recommend friends to avoid you.”

“We are still waiting to receive our sofa even though it was a store model on display. We were told at the time of purchase we would be updated the following week as to when we could expect delivery (this didn't happen). I rang 3 weeks later and spoke to another employee who promised 7th June delivery. Yesterday the Cheltenham store called to say our extra covers were ready for pickup...I then advised we had no sofa so she called the Manchester store to check on delivery. They then rang me to advise they couldn't say which shuttle the sofa would be on either Wednesday,Thursday or Friday. Not good enough!!”

“We purchased a mirror from Multiyork which I am extremely pleased with. Multiyork offers excellent quality and a wide range of choice in furniture and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
