About Multiyork Furniture:

Multiyork design, build and sell quality sofas, armchairs, dining and occasional furniture, all available to buy online or in one of our 58 stores nationwide. Our Winter Sale is now on every sofa, sofa bed, dining set and cabinet. All of our sofas and armchairs are handmade in Thetford, Norfolk and come with a 15-year guarantee, replaceable covers and choice of fabrics.

“Only part of the covers were ordered, due to staff using the wrong code. The fabric for the covers then went out of stock, so we needed to chose new fabric. From our first order to actually receiving covers it took around 4 months - the covers were ordered for a specific event, which they were obviously not on time for. This was overall an incredibly frustrating experience.”

“Excellent service from ordering to delivery! This is my 2nd purchase from the Leeds store and I would highly recommend Multiyork to anyone looking for good quality furniture. The staff at the Leeds store were attentive without being pushy(unlike other shops on the retail park).I was welcomed into the store but left to browse at leisure but there always alway some one there to answer any questions.”

“Very comfortable and looks lovely. Would have been 5 star but I had to push the fabric and stitching back onto the back of the chair. It was ex display but wasn't marked as damaged”

“The unit is lovely and I'm really pleased with it. But without the determination of the delivery guys and their total disregard for health and safety it would never have been delivered because of the size of it. Why not make the sofa arms removable for delivery as they're only bolted on? Thanks”

“I am absolutely delighted with my newly apholstered sofas. I am so pleased that I replaced the 15 year old base cushions and I feel confident I will have another 15 years of comfort. Margaret in the Chichester store was extremely helpful and kept me informed throughout the Process.”

“I was able to purchase this item over the phone and was also directed to the web site to view it. The staff wrapped it and carried it out to my car. Nothing was too much trouble. This was an additional purchase to the ones I had already made. I will certainly shop in the Nottingham branch again. Many thanks.”
