“I ordered 2 birthday presents for my grand-daughter, Pirate skittles and the Safari train. Both arrived before the expected date and therefore well in time for her birthday. Both are excellent quality and made in England (rather than the usual Chinese plastic stuff). Good value and best of all absolutely delighted my 2 year old grand-daughter (and subsequently her 1 year ols cousin).”

“I bought the same rag doll for my daughter when she was small, she now nannies for a family and had to get the same raggy for the little girl....quality still excellent. Quick delivery No doubt if she ever has her own children we'll be buying more in the future!”

“The weather station looks disappointingly small sized in reality compared with the publicity. It was advertised as being suitable for a 8/9 year old but I think the recipient will be disappointed when he sees the actual age suggested on the box.”

Dear Customer, thanks for your feedback - we're sorry to hear you're disappointed with the Weather Station. The item dimentions are shown on our website (on the product page where you ordered) but we're sorry if it appears smaller than you imagined. With regards the age recommendation for this item, we feel our recommended 8+ is suitable because of the level of science and meteorology involved and required to fully benefit from the set. Many children under 8 will not necessary fully understand the concepts involved, but of course if your child is advanced for their age then it may be a younger child would find it enjoyable. “The delivery of my order was very prompt as usual, thank you. Today I delivered the birthday gift to my granddaughter and the gift to my grandson. The first microscope was a success, it works really well, and will be enjoyed in the future as well as today, and the energy stick was great and instant fun. The daisy chain box looks good and will be an Easter gift. Thank-you so much”

“I had not ordered from Mulberry Bush before - and was not familiar with the Brand .. but when our parcel was delivered to the wrong address, Mulberry Bush went out of their way to help - not only did they take this up with the Post Office, but sent a replacement without delay - and before I’d even had time to reorder - and at no further cost ! Now that we have the Dolly Family safely in our possession - the little figures are every bit as charming and easy to play with as they look in the brilliant catalogue that was included in the parcel - we can’t thank Mulberry Bush or praise them highly enough - for their excellent ‘Customer Service’ and a really lovely addition to our Dolls’ House.”
