“The wooden toys are beautifully made. My Noah's ark was brightly and well painted in detail and design. I am very happy not only with the quality of product but the prompt service and door to door delivery.”

“Excellent toys but needed a little construction and pre drilled holes were difficult to get the blunt ended screws to completely in . Needed to find a stronger person - meant having to find one .”

“Online ordering was simple and quick. I was informed when an item was out of stock and when it would be delivered. I cannot comment on any of the products as they were sent directly to the grandkids but they were chosen by their (very particular) mother, so presumably are very suitable .”

“Magic Hat box of tricks bought as gift for 9yr old, not given yet but contents seem reasonable. Packaging not brilliant, product box weak, wrapped in bwrap + outside wrap and arrived a bit caved in - fortunately contents ok.”

“Instructions to building the dolls house were clear, however, the parts referred to by letters were not labeled so had to match the physical part to the instructions pictures. Please place letter stickers so that you know which piece is which and which way us up. Thank you.”

“The toys I received look good. However I specifically paid for a 24 hour delivery. Parcel Force failed to deliver on time and what’s worse delivered on the day I said was going away despite telling you that they wouldn’t. I’d like a refund for the 24 hour delivery which you should claim from Parcel force.”

“Good speed of delivery. Bought 5 things and they are all quite small ( magnetic space rocket etc) and seems expensive for 3jar they are (silk daisy chain). They are Christmas gifts so I can't talk about quality yet but they look good. You have to pay for delivery under £75 which is a high amount to qualify for free postage. You also have to pay return postage. That put me off returning the items. Overall it's good but I'd think twice about buying from them again.”
