Avoid at all costs! They wont even communicate with you nor will they bother to send your item. They will hold onto your money for weeks until handing your order over to an unauthorised third party to get all of your details! Dodgy dodgy dodgy!

Told my dog to shut up numerous times as I looked at merchandise. When she screamed shut up I am tired of hearing you. I came around the corner and said we are ready to go. She blamed me saying she didn’t know I was here getting her riled up. Unbelievable! I wonder how she treats the animals when she thinks the shop is empty of customers. Do not bring your babies here.

This company upsold me without confirmation. They did two different charges to do so and then offered me a discount after asking for a refund 3 times. I finally said sure but then never followed through with the refund.

Wouldnt recommend it, did good for awhile then made an appt and when it came time they acted like i never made an appt with them and there was nothing they could do. Frustrated i simply said never mind then. An enitre 2 or so years later called to give them another chance and was told they couldnt see my two dogs due to multiple no shows. I wont get into the pettiness of it but there was one time they somehow made a mistake and didnt schedule my dogs and when i said dont worry about it i guess they marked me as someone they wouldnt deal with again. Horrible for a small town business and some of the worst customer service/service in general i have ever had. From here on out i will use and always recommend someone else.

I had a extremely heartbreaking experience at Muddy Paws in Fargo, ND. My 7-month-old puppy passed away due to reference by the vet was due to choking during the grooming process. Do your research! I don't want any other puppy or dog to get injured or to pass away.

Very very disappointed with Birchen grove muddy paws, will not use them again. Brought my bichon to be groomed the groomer, said she had a few mats underneath her legs and they will have to be cut off, said that’s not a problem just don’t cut her to the bone. I told her I had bushed her through the night before. Just kept repeating “if she is matted it will have to be cut” Dropped her off at 11am and was told I’ll call you at 1pm It took the groomer just under 90 mins to groom and call me. Normally it would take 2 hours. When I collected my dog I was informed that it took “LONGER THAN NORMAL” as there was matting on her chest which she brushed out. I was charged extra for this. She then proceeded to tell me that my dogs claws were so long that they were curling under her pads. Yet I had just cut them a couple of months before. Very disappointing as their whole attitude to the customer has changed and not for the better.

They sorted a booking mistake Treated my dogs with plenty of care. They were even able to trim Coffee's nails. My chalky was trimmed for the first time and couldn't wait to be groomed.

The Birchen Grove Centre, Excellent welcome, friendly and professional staff. Had grooming services in other salons but has never been good result. At Muddy Paws my dog was relaxed and happy, with the Best cut he has ever had! Would highly recommend. Thank you Muddy Paws staff!

I have never written a bad review for any business before. I was so disappointed today! They actually did a good job on my puppy for the first couple of cuts. I brought a picture and was specific about what I wanted. When I called to make her apt. I told them that I wanted the same person and exactly what they have done in the past. She did have a few tangles today. My son brought her in because I was at work. After he dropped her off, they called him and told him so was so matted she needed to be shaved. They shaved her so short I cried when I saw her. They even shaved her face. She was unrecognizable. When I called to see what had happened, they said she was all matted and it would have been too painful to brush....like she had been living on the streets and hadn’t been brushed for a month. When in reality, she had a bath yesterday because she had muddy paws. I didn’t want my cavachon to look like a rat terrier, but that is what I got unfortunately. My dog’s cut doesn’t have to be perfect. I know dog grooming can be a challenge. I just didn’t expect what I got today.

Talk to Linda asked Alot of questions Teddy had appointment at 9 00 am On Dec 31 somehow it Didn't get wrote down so needless to say had to go back and get him dueto their neglectence my poor baby didn't get groomed or nails done .And all this after speaking to them three different times on phone this week very disappointed in their Professionalism

My dog, Max, has been going for group dog walks twice a week with Carla. She is great and Max LOVES her (almost more than me I think!!). She is so careful to only pair him with dogs that will accept him and play nice. He is super friendly 7 month old and can sometimes be annoying to other older dogs. She knows how to read these dogs and will not chance any sort of questionable behavior from the dogs. I can totally trust her with Max and know he will be in good hands. Jena has also been very responsive to emails and messages and is very helpful in arranging Max's walks. I highly recommend them!!

If I could give no stars I would! This company are soo rude to their customers, I dropped my dog off for a groom, (I was told would take 2 hours). Two hours came and went without a call to say they would be longer. He was finally ready after 3 hours and 20 minutes. When I arrived they charged me £80 instead of £50 because he was "worse than normal" and took them longer, I informed them he was about the same condition as the time before and that it took them 3 hours on that occasion so it didn't make sense. To then be told he pooed in the cage and they had to bath him twice. No phone call was given to let me know any of this, and the guy I collected him from blamed me. Saying I didn't take him for a long enough walk before dropping him off. I would understand if it was a little more money as I have experienced this with other groomers charging more for matting ect. but they call first or discuss extra charges with you when you drop the dog off. I had informed them when dropping him off that he had two matts behind his ears they said nothing about extra charges! Absolutely shocking service! Made me feel awful. Newsflash....Dogs poo sometimes I shouldn't be charged £30 because of it!

I did not receive my goods or a refund after numerous attempts. I have informed trading standards and I am trying to get my money back from my credit card compsny. A couple of people on Trustpilot have said the company is about to go into liquidation. Can't say I am surprised. A bad experience.

If I could give this company no stars I would. Please check out online reviews on this company before considering ordering from them. They take your money straight away, don't send the goods and then don't give you a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY. PLEASE don't let them get away with it anymore, and do please go elsewhere to get your doggy goods (plenty of other good suppliers online). My experience is not a one off, it has happened to lots of people! I reported my problem to my bank as I did not get a refund for weeks following loads of phone calls and unanswered emails, and luckily they investigated and credited my account. I am now also in the process of reporting them to Trading Standards. I wish and hope other people who have been at the raw end of this company do the same.

Avoid this company like the plague. Like many others (check reviews elsewhere), I ordered something that was listed as in stock when it clearly wasn't. My credit card was charged immediately but weeks later nothing arrived. I asked for a refund weeks ago and again nothing. They're a complete and utter rip-off outfit.

Failed to supply the goods ordered. They originally said they were extremely busy with orders and it was a processing delay. They then stated the order was out of stock and would arrive in a few days. It never arrived. I had to make a claim through Paypal to get my money back from them when I eventually cancelled and they did not refund or answer emails. Stay well clear of them.

The product once received and pricing was very good however the website is misleading. Itemsc shown as in stock are not, I ordered my item on 16 October but did not come into stock until 2 November. Only found out not in stock after chasing my order. Even then the item was shown in stock on their website. Customer services were polite and did their best in the circumstances. They forwarded my complaint regarding misrepresentation to the owner who did not bother to reply, or otherwise contact me. I think that alone probably tells you all you need to know.
