“I had never heard of Mozimo until I found a pair of shoes on line which I wanted to order. I spoke to a member of the team in one of the shops, who was very helpful and placed the order for me. The shoes came well packed and postage was free. Thankfully I was pretty sure the shoes would fit me , I wouldn't have liked to have had to pay to return them.”

“First time using Mozimo and would definitely order from them again. Fast delivery, good email delivery updates, shoes exactly as expected from the description. I gave 4 not 5 stars only because I would have preferred the outer packaging to be paper rather than plastic.”

“Amazing customer service. The shoes arrived promptly sadly one show was damaged. I made one cal to the customer service team and the problem was acknowledged and rectified immediately. Highly recommend using Mozimo”

“The boots ordered and arrived ok. But the zip on the left boot was faulty and would not budge, so I had no choice but to send them back. I am annoyed that I had to pay £9 for return postage. Check them before sending out? Won’t buy from you again.”
