“From the moment I walked through the door of Edwards, the professional staff took me seriously and within 2 weeks had found the house we went on to buy. I have never once had to chase them up for information or updates, they are totally on the ball with all transactions. Kate has been particularly helpful as has Mandy. Has changed my previous perceptions of estate agents. Would use again and recommend without hesitation.”

“I used Edwards to rent out my property and then four years later to sell it. I never received anything less than a highly professional and extremely friendly service from both the Lettings team and the Sales team. The lettings team resolved any issues the tenants raised, which was invaluable not being a Stratford resident myself and the Sales team kept me fully informed of progress at every step of the sale. I appreciated their regular communications, quick responses to queries (both by me and potential buyers), and for keeping my spirits up when a buyer at first couldn’t be found. “We were very pleased overall with the whole sales experience. Our son introduced us to Edwards after they sold his house in Stratford with great efficiency. We then sold our family home in Stratford quite quickly before putting my Mothers house in Stratford on the market with them. This again sold quite quickly even though it was at the beginning of the pandemic. We own some flats in Stratford and use Edwards as our letting agents and again find them very efficient at finding the right tenants. We sold one of the flats just before Christmas and again it didn’t take Edwards long to find a buyer for that. We’re going to sell another one of the flats this spring and will definitely use Edwards again.”
