“It can be a stressful time selling and buying houses. We hadn't moved for 16 years and had no idea of how things work nowadays. The Edwards team (special mentìon for Jo) made things as easy as possible and always answered queries promptly. I felt that the main priority was finding us a home we were happy with and a buyer that was genuinely interested in our property. The solicitors they recommend were efficient and well mannered. All in all the buying/selling experience wasn't at all the nightmare that i have heard some people have to go through. Thank you Edwards and Knight Richardson”

“I drove an hour to meet my wife at an arranged viewing at 11am and we arrived on time. The agent was at the property and ignored us for a while whilst we all stood outside of the property as she was talking on the phone. When she eventually finished her conversation she opened the key safe and there was no key. She said sorry we cannot view because there is no key. Very, very unprofessional and very frustrating. The agents blurb says 97% better than the rest this cannot be true from my experience today. I suggest anyone wanting to view a property marketed by this agent think carefully before travelling to a pre-arranged viewing as you may well have a wasted journey.”

I say think carefully before booking any viewing with this company as you may well have a completely wasted journey.”

“Every member of the team have been totally brilliant. We’ve had a very stressful time and the team at Edwards have gone the extra mile at every turn of events. We were originally with an international estate agent but decided to move to Edwards after glowing recommendations. We were so glad we did.
