“It may seem trivial to most, but losing my drivers licence would of had devastating effects on every aspect of my life. I instructed kenway miller solicitors to act on my behalf, and they were worth every penny. Mr lucas, my solicitor on the day of the trial, is a genius. He got the case dismissed before it had even begun. If you've ever seen breaking bad, my lucas would give Saul a run for his money. Everyone at kenway miller was very helpful, easily contactable and professional throughout the whole process, it's been about 7 months since I first spoke to them. Well worth every penny, kenway miller solicitors have essentially saved my life, it may sound a bit extreme but without their representation I'd be on the edge right now. Regardless of if you are guilty or not, from my experience, kenway miller solicitors are your best bet.”

“Highly recommended! As soon as I got my charge letter through I started looking for a solicitor, I found Kenway Millers and checked the reviews, I’d got quotes from other solicitors although some were a lot cheaper their reviews just weren’t the same. In the end I decided to go with Kenway millers and Hilary reassured me from the start. Talking me through the process of what was going to happen next. For the past couple months they’ve continuously checked in with me and updated me of the progress. After all their hard work I recieved the email to say my case had been dropped! This has been a massive weight lifted off my shoulders and I can now move on and forget it ever happened! I cant thank them enough for everything they have done! I strongly recommend you choose Kenway millers!”

“Thanks to Kenway Miller, Matthew and Hillary, my close to 12 month ordeal finally ended in my favour. It felt like a lifetime of uncertainty, but with Matthew and Hillary fighting in my corner for justice I felt hopeful every step of the way After being arrested, having a blood specimen taken without my consent and spending the night in a cell, I was beyond distraught. My career, studies and future hung unsteadily in front of me and I felt I had nowhere to turn. After scouring the internet, I contacted Kenway Miller immediately. Hillary immediately put me at ease, showed a great capacity for caring and spent time speaking with me as I all but broke down over the phone. She gave me sage advice - she said nothing could be done until/if the results came back and that I had to take care of myself in the meantime. I contacted other Solicitors too who also specialised in drug driving cases but I was put off as most of them wanted me to pay in advance for packages etc when Kenway Miller had done the opposite and rightfully, honestly told me that nothing could be done until I was charged. Five months and three weeks later, I got the dreaded court summons in the post. I once again contacted Kenway Miller and immediately spoke with Matthew who discussed how to proceed. Not once were any false promises made, nor were my worries pushed aside as Matthew spoke with me. Bear in mind this was over the bank holidays, yet I wasn’t waiting around for long. Magistrates Court was horrendous but the barrister that Kenway Miller had provided me with was so calm and understanding and he rightfully pushed for me to be seen to enter my not guilty plea and then spent time explaining everything to me, even going as far as to sit with me in a room afterwards as I collected my bearings. Over the next following months Matthew continued to keep me in the loop and update me via email to let me know how things were progressing and any time I called Kenway Miller, Hillary was ready to speak to me and give me her time. Regardless of how much I was panicking, Hillary was a true pillar of strength. A few weeks before I was to attend court, I received the best phone call of my life from Matthew who had told me that CPS were dropping my case, no doubt thanks to Kenway Miller who were constantly fighting for me and rightfully breathing down CPS’ neck. I can’t explain how good that call felt, and immediately all the stress and burden from near enough the past year felt like a weight lifted from my shoulders. In the darkest period of my life, Kenway Miller were the only source of light. Yes, I had to pay a fee, but this is nothing, a mere drop in the ocean, compared to the freedom and simple joy I have regained now that this gloomy cloud has moved on and that’s all thanks to the hard work and dedication of Kenway Miller. I’m leaving this review in case anyone else ever finds themselves in the same unfortunate position as I was once in because I would not hesitate to recommend Kenway Miller, quite possibly the best solicitors (who in turn have access to the best barristers) to have on your side and two people who would truly fight in your corner for YOU. Matthew and Hillary, you are two absolute gems. I cannot ever thank you enough for how you both saved me.”

“We got in touch with Kenway Miller as we felt the police had treated our son unfairly regarding a traffic offence. We spoke to Hilary who, from the outset, was very informative and friendly. After deciding to appoint Kenway Miller as our representative in court, we were very impressed with the ongoing service offered to us. Our case was heard and the barrister who represented us in court was extremely professional. Our case resulted in an “Absolute Discharge” with no points, no fine and no court fees. “I would highly recommend Kenway Miller solicitors, Matthew took over my case after another solicitor firm wasn’t very satisfying. Matthew had a very little amount of time to get all the paper work send over from my old solicitor and to get an understanding of the case. His communication with me was very accurate and fast and managed to get my case dismissed before it went to trial. His price was very competitive and his expert he uses is also very professional and gave a detailed report which helped with the dismissal. Thanks to Matthew and his team”

“Absolutely brilliant service. I was genuinely shocked to receive a notice of intended prosecution as I made one stupid mistake in over 10 years of blemish-free driving, and contacted Hilary well down the line of dealing with the authorities. Hilary calmed everything down and explained the process of what was going to happen and all of the possible outcomes, took on the case and kept me updated throughout the whole process. “A year ago I had an accident and tested positive for cannabis on the side of the road, I searched the internet and came across Kenway Miller Solicitors. I called up and spoke with a person called Hillary and straight away I felt that i was in the right hands. 5 months and 2 weeks later I received my blood results back and was informed that I was now going to be charged with drug driving. Matthew went to work on my case ie obtaining reports etc ready for my trial. On the day of my trial, I met with my barrister Mr Philip Lucas who talked us through the case, we entered the courtroom and the judge did not want to listen to anything or seem interested at all. at this point, it wasn't looking good for me. we stopped for lunch and reconvened and this is when it all seemed to change. Mr Lucas found many errors in the case that the police had produced and did not stop there, he pulled the whole case apart and we weren't even halfway through. case closed and I was acquitted. “Approximately one year ago I was arrested for a suspected motoring offence. A blood sample was taken at the police station. It took months before I received the results which were nowhere near accurate. While I was waiting I hired Kenway & miller Solicitors to represent me in a not guilty plea at the Magistrates court. They are easy to talk to and quickly put me at ease. As the case moved forward their technical expertise and contacts required were excellent. “We can not thank you all enough. Matthew, Hilary, Philip Lucus and Professor Johnston are absolutely amazing. If you or your family find yourself in a situation where you may lose your license and you are reading this, I promise you this is the firm to use. No guarantees, but all of them will fight your corner without judgement and do their utter best. My son was a silly boy and I can not excuse what he done, but without a license his job would have been finished. But many faults was found with the way this was handled by the police. Nothing fazes Philip Lucas in court, he is like a mountain, he will not be moved until he is listened to. The fantastic outcome, my sons licence is saved, and awarded costs, his job is now safe, and after 11 months of hell and worry we can all move forward. Please do not hesitate to let these people help you. Thank you all again, so so much.”

“We contacted Kenway Miller after our son was charged with drug driving after the police stopped him when they said they smelt cannabis coming from his car. Right from the beginning Hilary was empathetic and really put me at ease. I had done my research and found other solicitors online with good reviews, some of whom were much cheaper however, it was my conversation with Hilary that made us decide to go with Kenway. I'm happy we did because we won our case as our expert witness identified some issues of concern with my son's blood sample and the barrister was fantastic at putting this evidence forward on the day of the trial. I can't thank you enough for everything because without your help our 19yr old son would potentially have faced a one-year driving ban and a criminal record which is something he does not need as an undergraduate university student studying business! Fighting this case was the best money we have ever spent!”

“Christmas day 2020 what should have been a joyful happy day turned into a nightmare . Firstly we had been in lockdown and was recovering from covid then my son decided to walk our dog and meet a friend after weeks of being trapped in the house that was the day as a family we will never forget . My son with his friend smoked a joint between them on there walk i am not going to try and make excuses for this because a moment of stupidity cost us a year of total upset and worry as on the way home he randomly got pulled over by a policeman and thats where our year of hell started . After the court summons arrived which took months i knew the only option was to try to fight this as hard as well could ! I spent hours researching the internet for a expert firm to help my son and read reviews and came across kenway miller , picked up the phone and with in one second of speaking to the amazing calming Hilary i knew this was who we needed fighting our corner and i thank god i was right . Hilary took all the details what at happened i actually thought she was the solicitor at first with how calming and efficient she was and throughout this ordeal she as also been on the end of the phone putting us at ease night or day . Matthew then did his thing and left no stone unturned to fight this battle ,again was always available on the phone to reassure us how the case was progressing and what actions he was taking . Two days before my son was due in court i had the best phone call i can remember even though he woke me up !
