ASOS are an online retailer, but no more websites will be opened to compete with the official Motelrocks store. The hype is out there already and people want to be on board. Motel is loved by Lily Allen, Little Boots, Alesha Dixon, Shingai of the Noisettes and Peaches Geldof to name but a few.

“If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible quality clothing and even worse customer service. I have been trying to return the $100 worth of clothing that I got for a refund but the customer service rep has been telling me she can’t find my order. Absolutely pathetic. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.”

“Would not recommend ESPECIALLY if you live in Canada. Right now I’m working on redoing my wardrobe with better quality pieces than what I have. I bought the Amabon top and a slouchy asymmetrical top. with usd conversion I paid $165 CAD with a $17 custom fee that I didn’t know about until it was delivered. The sizing is the worst I’ve seen so size up if you’re buying from here. I’ve never had a medium fit me so tight and the Amabon top has 0 stretch. The slouchy top size wise is okay, but I wasn’t too happy with how it sits on the body. It’s pretty boxy and it looks cheap. Both tops aren’t made with any inward curve in the waist which surprised me considering the price and brand. Idk.. I don’t leave reviews unless it’s a really good one, I’m just so disappointed that I spent about $190 on tops that could be from SHEIN”

“The jeans ordered are not even close to the look or style that was received. The quality is thin and flimsy and smell dirty. The “motel” tag that appears on the back of the pant in photos isn’t on the jeans received. The inside tag says “jeans” and S for small. There is no price tag of any sort attached to the jean. No shipping/purchase receipt. I’m very suspicious of where these jeans came from.”

“I ordered from here about a week ago but didn’t receive a confirmation email yet.. i filled the question option in on the site and wrote them a email manually. Still haven’t heard anything and im thinking its not coming either considering all these bad reviews wow”

“I'm 100% sure this company is a shein-like fast fashion scam, clothing is clearly sized up, then taped and clamped onto the models so it looks normal. Material is appalling, patterning is worse, definitely not made for anything other than a mannequin. Shocks me that you have the audacity to charge $70aud for a top that clearly wasn't designed or patterned by someone who knows how clothes work??? I even measured myself and bought a top that should have had room to move. Obviously I'm returning my item, but it gets better. I'm expected to cough up $30aud in advance for a return for a $70 top when I paid $12 in shipping to get it to me. Don't be tempted by the photos, their website is terrible, the product is terrible, and their ethics and customer care is even worse”

“You could say we never learn. After buying a pair of jeans that didn't fit, we started the return process and purchased a different style in the meantime. They didn't fit either, and we sent them back as well. Each return cost us 20 euros, there is still no sign of a refund (this was over a month ago), and one of the packages was just returned to me (it was "refused" according to the labels on the package). It's true we did not try to send the packages back via registered mail because it was already pricey enough. While online customer service seems friendly and on top of things, this seems to be a front.”

“placed an order on 1st September 2023. I was given a SkyNet tracking number that could not be tracked by any of my local post offices or via Australia Post. SkyNet advised the item was "delivered" but it cannot be located. This order cannot be opened in the Motel Rocks website, as apparently the URL does not exist anymore. There have been issues with communication, providing tracking, technology, etc.”

“Don’t order from here please, I got scammed twice they claimed to delivered the package but it never arrived so I contacted them went on investigation so in conclusion they resending me the package. They gave me 25% for my orders so I thought why not let’s try again. Straight away I ordered £60 worth of clothes 2 things btw and paid extra hoping to get delivered at the same time and the first original item arrived but the 2nd didn’t arrive but claimed that it has been delivered which is a lie and I’m not surprised it happened again. I really think there is something dodgy going on with this website please be aware!!. There clothes are also in such a horrible condition as well dirty and just not right”

“I bought 3 pairs of trouser which 2 of them were unfortunately too big They were very easy to return and only cost £1 Also I bought new ones in smaller sizes but accidentally got the wrong shipping ( my mistake ) and I needed these within 4 days for holiday I emailed about cancelling the order and a lovely ladie called Rosie got back to me within an hour and cancelled and refunded me immediately I now have ordered a new 2 pairs with express And they are coming in 2 days AMAZING EXPERIENCE x”

“I paid $103 for a pair of pants with $10 shipping, when I got the pants they were too small. I tried submitting a return and was asked to pay $30 to ship the pants back and I was only being refunded $87. I just want my money back, it’s not my fault your clothing is not true to size, this is ridiculous.”
