“This December, I had to agree a new deal. This was highly stressful, due to the current cost of living crisis, and I made it further stressful for myself by waiting until the just minute to sign the form and then losing it!! Sam, my advisor, has been absolutely incredible throughout. She took a lot of time to talk me through the options in a time of huge uncertainty, to find the best deals, and very carefully didn't even hint that I'm an idiot for losing the forms! Instead she just reapplied and got everything moving again. The most incredible thing is that just after I'd applied for the second time, my provider dropped their rates. Sam thought of me, told me immediately and we applied the same day for a discount of over £40 a month. This is fairly life changing for me, and is above and beyond for Sam. I can't recommend Mortgage light enough. Every time I've interacted with them they've gone above and beyond and always taken time to explain financial terms in what can be a very confusing industry. Wonderful team and Sam is a fantastic advisor!”

“Gary Clarke is a caring very knowledgable adviser with clients best interests at the core of everything he does. My case was not easy but he tried and tried and got my Offer over the line. “We came across Mortgage Light as they were the recommended broker for our new build purchase. From our initial call with them to securing our offer, all colleagues who we have come across have been a delight. Naturally, this process can be daunting but Siobhan, Kerry and Emma have continuously reassured us, been super proactive and been a pleasure to communicate with. We remember when we were running slightly late in attending their office due to traffic. We spoke to Siobhan to let her know and her response was unexpected. She told us to not panic, enjoy our journey and remember to enjoy this process of buying a new home. On arrival, meeting Kerry was amazing. She has already done the background work and due diligence prior to our meeting, on very short notice! Her delivery on explaining the process was incredible and she continuously stayed in touch. Emma was fabulous in asking for additional information and responding quickly. We will always and forever recommend Mortgage Light. They are simply amazing.”

“Both Damon and Lauren were absolutely fantastic in guiding us through our first home purchase - from the moment we enquired Damon was so supportive and helped us to understand the numbers and legal jargon.
