“Cara turned what felt like a daunting, nervous and scary process into a easy, informative, calming and caring process. Not only was she always there to provide me with information but she supported me through this process so smoothly. She is has a lovely friendly manner which really put me at ease and went through everything in great detail. I just want to say a big thank you to Cara and to Tammy for keeping my updated throughout. “Our first contact with James Carr was an initial mortgage application for a house we later withdrew from as we weren't fully ready. When we found the house that we were ready to buy, we contacted James and he was happy to carry on from where he stopped and we were pleased to engage him due to the quality service he provided initially. As first time buyers, we felt like he literally held our hands throughout the process, guiding and providing professional advice and recommendations. Always quick to answer and respond to any questions and concerns we had and most importantly got us a very good deal! “Why do they make available just 5 stars? I would have given 7 for all the help and support I received from Urvi Shah during the entire buying process. She is professional, knowledgeable, supportive and an excellent communicator. Her willingness to provide support even outside working hours was a bit of a surprize and I really appreciated her effort to get in contact immediately, when she was able to. “We first spoke with Mortgage Light and Urvi Shah as the recommended financial advisors of a housing association, for a flat that we did not choose to buy at the end. When we decided which flat we want to reserve, at a different development, even thought they are working with a different financial company, we contacted again Urvi and asked her to be our advisor. We have felt confident and reassured, already from the first communications, that Urvi would help us to get the best mortgage offer we could. Her excellent communication skills, clarity, patience (it is our first ever mortgage) and analytical explanations about different options and products throughout the whole process were extremely helpful. “Cara D. made the whole mortgaging process a breeze. Not only made she every effort to help with our non-standard case (one of us did not have permanent residency), but also sourced a good life insurance option (something I was trying myself but failed) . She has always been responsive and proactive through the whole process, helping with every step. Highly recommended!”

“When i First started my journey with mortgage light. To be honest i was done as soon as i started. I had to constantly call and had no response fr om the broker that was helping me at the time. come to find out the reason why is because he exited the business. I was then past onto Daniel Hopper. Who i can honestly as a first time buyer helped me every step of the way and answer any question i had. Accommodated me even just before work hours ended. if you need a good honest mortgage adviser Dan is your man!!!”
