“Very happy with mortgage 1st. Antonia Baron was my advisor, she was very thorough and submitted my application within 48hrs of first contact. Amy Skinner was a conscientious case handler throughout. Received mortgage offer in 14 days. As an older borrower who needed a guarantor mortgage in a hurry, this was not a free service but genuinely consider it money well spent. Highly highly recommended 😍”

“As a first-time buyer, I was looking for a 95% LTV mortgage with a VISA (which is not the best combination) but Sam found a lender pretty quickly and Mortgage 1st is the only broker who didn't wanna charge me. Sam's attention to detail was remarkable. He took the time to understand my unique financial situation and aspirations, ensuring he tailored his advice to meet my needs. Anne dealt with the processing of the application and made an effort to provide me with regular updates during the undertaking. My mortgage was arranged .. and then rearranged several times due to property purchases falling through. four properties over 8 months!the attention and immediate support was faultless all the way through the process.
