“We started of our mortgage application with Joe, he was very quick in getting us a decision in principle which was great. He submitted our mortgage application for us to NatWest, however NatWest declined us as I started a new job and you need at least 6months of employment with NatWest, Joe should have known this. It was resubmitted with Halifax. We then were passed on to Keeley who stayed with us throughout the process, she was good however communication could have been better. We also had a new mortgage advisor with our new application with Halifax and was passed onto Shaun. Now we wondered why we had been passed from Joe to Shaun, it turns out Joe had left and we hadn’t been told! While having an on going application with him! Shaun was excellent, amazing communication and got us our offer very quickly. Overall they got the job done and that’s the main thing, can’t fault them apart from the lack of communication in certain aspects.”
