“We tried to buy a Grade II listed house with thatched roof. We got turned down by lenders. I contacted Sam at Mortgage 1st who found us a deal, with a highly reputable lender, in days. We had the offer in literal days. So fast, so friendly and so very helpful. Sam was constantly in touch with us and he and Sharlene managed to secure a fabulous deal in record time. I cannot rate them highly enough.”

“We are super happy with the service we have received right from the very first call when I was looking to get a quote. Sam Hodgson was the one who answered my call and he was very friendly and helpful, even though I told him that we may not need his help. He has been great helping us to acquire our mortgage offer and now Sharlene Risden is helping us, with him too, to continue to mortgage process. She has been wonderful too! They are both very quick to get back in touch when we have asked questions or needed help and keep us up-to-date on where we are with things. I can't recommend them enough and we wouldn't hesitate to use Mortgage 1st again! I'll certainly be looking for them to help us again but I would imagine that all the agents there are excellent. :D”

“Oliver was absolutely wonderful, I am a very anxious person and non of the mortgage process was stressful, he was very professional and has superb interpersonal skills. He was clear and precise and explained everything well and did not mind me asking a load of questions when I was unsure, he explained all terminology and processes that are required and I was informed me about every step. I would 100% recommend Mortgage 1st to anyone to help take the stress away from mortgages especially first time buyers like myself. Megan's advice the whole way through was honest, direct and quite clearly in our best interests which definitely builds a strong bond of trust. With our insurance policies she was immediately fighting our corner when our current provider were reluctant in looking into things that we needed, she was on their case trying to get it done and dusted and when it became apparent that they weren't going to be the company for us she found us a new provider who not only met all our needs but also gave us the BEST value for money.
