“Lucy has been fantastic and we couldn't have asked for more during our mortgage application. Choosing the right mortgage and getting the best deal can be quite daunting at times but Lucy clearly explained every option and recommended the best deal that would meet our needs. Thanks to both Lucy and Sharlene Our mortgage application has been hassle free and quick to arrange so we can now look forward to hopefully completing in the next few weeks and moving into our new home. I would highly recommend Mortgage 1st and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to both friends and family. We have had the amazing help from Elliot and Keeley within getting a mortgage for our first home, both Elliot and keeley have been absolutely amazing, so attentive, patient and supportive throughout the whole process (which can be quite stressful) and they have both made it as easy as possible for us! “We tried to buy a Grade II listed house with thatched roof. We got turned down by lenders. I contacted Sam at Mortgage 1st who found us a deal, with a highly reputable lender, in days. We had the offer in literal days. So fast, so friendly and so very helpful. Sam was constantly in touch with us and he and Sharlene managed to secure a fabulous deal in record time. I cannot rate them highly enough.”

“We are super happy with the service we have received right from the very first call when I was looking to get a quote. Sam Hodgson was the one who answered my call and he was very friendly and helpful, even though I told him that we may not need his help. He has been great helping us to acquire our mortgage offer and now Sharlene Risden is helping us, with him too, to continue to mortgage process. She has been wonderful too! They are both very quick to get back in touch when we have asked questions or needed help and keep us up-to-date on where we are with things. I can't recommend them enough and we wouldn't hesitate to use Mortgage 1st again! I'll certainly be looking for them to help us again but I would imagine that all the agents there are excellent. :D”
