“Thanks to Greg and other staff for making my rg 58 mill spec cables up and soldering my ends on witch they don't do any more and I cannot do them myself. I have been ordering from them for at least 10 years always good service. Thanks again . Colin from Skegness.”

“Never had a problem ordering from these guys before UNTILL you require assistance then just get fobbed off and provided misinformation then subsequently ignored. If you want any kind of customer care then do not buy from here.”

“AVOID order an item that was calmed to be in stock, paid for and next day delivery (£7.99) then..... nothing. emailed asking for info, "currently out of stock of this antennae and it is on backorder" no apology "Would you like to wait or a refund?". asked for my money back, no reply to first msg, reply to second, "Refund being processed" at 16.49 its now 18.00 and nothing (I paid with paypal) so how hard is it to click the refund button?”

“Bought an adapter from them on eBay. Arrived "broken" in that the outer shell was not fixed in any way to the inner connector. Sent a message on eBay (not wishing to affect their satisfaction grading) and got no reply. So no choice but to raise an official complaint. Guess what? Still no response! I cannot believe that anybody would say they haven'y had every opportunity to rectify the problem, but they just don't seem interested.”
