I used a Mooncup for around 5 years and needed to replace it, and I foolishly went for a cheaper option. This leaked and I wasn't confident in it. I've now bought a replacement Mooncup and I'm not disappointed. Highly recommended, it takes a little while to get used to but honestly it's the best thing for periods!

Much more environmentally friendly way of managing menstrual bleeding, takes a little practice but after second cycle I’d got the hang of it. Am really pleased I tried this product and wont look back.

The price is so little to pay considering you can use it again and again! It takes a few periods to get used to and get comfortable, but once you give it a chance you won't look back. I've been using it for 3 years now and don't plan on stopping

Using a moon cup is the only good part of having my period!

I've found the mooncup much more comfortable than tampons and would recommend it.

I’ve been using the one mooncup for 14yrs now. It has revolutionised my life, and my perspective on my period. It’s been excellent for travelling & holidays, especially when backpacking or going to remote places (no need to count days and tampons, I just know if I have my Mooncup and a few liners for the heaviest days, I’m sorted. It’s great for exercise.. I don’t feel it at all, and can still do acrobatics and hang upside down, if I feel like it. It’s helped me get a full night’s sleep when i’m bleeding because I am no longer worried that I’ll leak through a towel and onto the sheets and be bleary eyed at 4am cleaning blood spots out of my favourite white sheets, and still having to make the bed again before I can go back to sleep. None of that anymore thanks to my Mooncup! It also makes swimming a wholehearted YES that i don’t even need to think about! No soggy expanded tampon that I need to rush to a toilet to change as soon as I get out of the ocean or a pool. All of that PLUS i am not adding endless sanitary waste to this beautiful planet every month. I’ve probably saved at least $2500 across the years. Big wins all round. Very minimal learning curve at the beginning.. easy to position and ensure a seal (turn and squeeze PC muscles), retrieve, empty, rinse and pop back in. All people who menstruate should have one. Truly, I have never looked back. Every month i am delighted by my Mooncup and feel blessed to live in a time of this handy invention. Have been intrigued by the newer softer ones on the market now, but have heard some friends had trouble with them not opening up, and leaking, and though my Mooncup has yellowed a little over time, it is still totally functional, clean, smells fresh, and I’ve never had the problem of it not opening up... probably because the Mooncup is a bit thicker and holds its shape better. I bought the B size when I was 22, am now 36, (haven’t given birth) but I haven’t noticed any increased leakage over time. I bleed quite heavily and still use a liner in the first couple of days as precaution because if the Mooncup gets full before I can be bothered to empty it then of course it will overflow/leak (which is the same for a tampon when it is saturated..) I feel like the Mooncup has helped me get more in tune with my natural flow. I also like that I can be out bushwalking and just dig a little hole and return my blood to the earth, rather than having to wrap a bloody tampon up and lug it around with me until I find a bin.

I've been using the Mooncup for a few months and wish I'd started sooner! It lasts longer than tampons / towels, saves money and is really easy to use! No leaks = amazing! I also like that it's better for the environment. I found I was becoming sensitive to the materials used in tampons but have no issues with the Mooncup at all. It did take me 1-2 periods to get used to seeing the blood, but I'm over it now and used to it!

I’ve been using a Mooncup for about eight years now and don’t think I could ever go back to pads or tampons as it’s so convenient. I tried buying a different brand recently to test out a softer cup, but found that it was really difficult to get it to unfold fully once I’d inserted it into my vagina. I rarely have that problem with a Mooncup so have now gone back to using this brand exclusively as it’s just so easy.

I've had my Mooncup for 7 years now and I think it's fantastic. It's still in good condition too. I remember it taking some getting used to at first, so if you're a new user then persevere! I've cut the stem off almost completely so that I can't feel it while it is inserted, and it's still really easy to take out. I would 100% recommend getting a Mooncup if you haven't got one!

Why on earth did I not buy this sooner? It has been a total game-changer: no leaks, comfortable, ecological and a money saver too. I am a complete convert!

Some of my friends recommend this to me and I never got round to it. Finally I’ve bought one and wish I had sooner! Its so much less stressful in regards to worries about leaking and when to change. It’s also much more comfortable and feels cleaner overall. What a great invention for women everywhere ❤️

Absolute life changer. I've used a mooncup for 6 years now and would never switch back. Way more comfortable than any disposable product, feels a lot cleaner, saves a ton of money over the years, and is just way more convenient than towels or tampons.

Ive been using my mooncup (same one) for past 10 years. Absolutely love it. Convenient to use. No mess, never leaked. I didn't expect to be using it for so long. Comfortable and easy to use. (First time was bit tricky) I've saved a fortune over the years since switching. Great for the enviroment. Easy to clean. No problem exercising with it in, swimming, running, cycling. I noticed a previous reviewer mentioned it being incompatible her tilted cervix but I have not found this an issue at all. Have converted a few doubtful friends over the years. Would 100% reccomend. 5 *****

I'll start by saying I've tried other cups in the past and I always have the same issue - leakage. Some of this is down to a learning curve - it definitely takes awhile to get used to the cup. It requires a bit of a desire to make it work! Another tricky thing is sizing. I am 41, never had children and have a pretty regular cycle and flow. I opted for the small size even though the advice said because of my age I should go for the larger. After trying the smaller mooncup for two cycles, I am going to try the larger size. The smaller one just won't stay in place low enough and as I wear it, it moves up into my body and I think that might cause the leaks. I believe in the menstrual cup philosophy and I very much appreciate Mooncup's lack of dyes, additives, or anything "extra" in the product. I'll be back on once I try the larger size. All that to say, the cup is relatively easy to use, love the eco friendly packaging and cloth carrying bag. Excellent customer service, free shipping, quick delivery and made in the UK. I want to support the company so will buy the large size from them and try again!

I can’t get on with using this product at all, it feels far too thick so to try and fold is really difficult.

The mooncup is the ONLY menstrual cup that is comfortable to use for my whole period. It’s easy to use and I can’t feel it when it’s in! Definitely worth every penny, I’ve already saved myself a fortune in pads and tampons not to mention the benefit for the environment. I highly recommend this brand.

Great, fast service with no unnecessary packaging Mooncup is fairly comfortable, most of the time I forget I'm using it. Only downside is it can sometimes press hard on my bladder and make me feel like I need to pee when I don't For the most part I am very happy with it and it is incredibly convenient. It's lovely to be able to forget I'm having a period until I suddenly remember to empty it (I might start setting an alarm!) I am absolutely a convert. Ticks boxes for convenience, cleanliness, comfort (most of the time), ease of use, environmentally friendly/sustainable, plus for some reason I never get period cramps when I'm using it
