"Having an item still on the website which is out of stock"

Dear Michael,

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that an out of stock item was still showing on our website, and you were able to order it. We try to maintain our website as much as possible, but sometimes delays in processing can cause these issues.

Also, our new website was recently launched, but with some technical hitches, which are currently being worked on.

We hope we can serve you again the future.

"Just bought a number helium balloon as soon as i left the shop with in less than 2minutes of leaving the shop i noticed that the balloon is deflating. I went back in the shop to show them so i can exchange it. Not only did they refuse to do so, they were also very rude but also spoke with so much attitude. Extremly bad customer services. I was refused to exchange or a refund. For something that was clearly faulty. Never ever going to shop from this place. again. Just a big rip off. Selling loe quality products charging so much money. Disgusting people working there who clearly dont know what good customer service is."

Dear Customer,

We are shocked at your review, and find it extremely inhumane. This sounds like you are purposely attempting to ridicule our business online.

You came to our store and purchased an inflated foil balloon, leaving with it in perfect condition. Sometime after you returned with the item, half-deflated and out of shape stating there is something wrong with it.

We have over 15 years of experience in balloon artistry, and this is also backed by many relevant qualifications.

Upon inspection, we showed you clearly there was damage to the balloon, as if it had been hit by something causing it to tear. A balloon does not deflate so rapidly unless there is a substantial hole or similar to allow for the helium gas to escape.

You requested a refund, and we confirmed to you that this is not possible. We can confirm that at no time was there any heated discussion over this, nor did you show dissatisfaction. You also did not deny that the balloon had been damaged after leaving the store. If anyone had spoken rudely to you, we are certain that you would have brought this to our attention there and then.

In fact, you left the store happily thanking us after exchanging the balloon weight, for a roll of ribbon, which was now no good to you.

We kindly request you to rethink the review you have left. We would happily invite you back into our store to discuss this.
