“I never win so not the reason why I am writing this review, it's more credit given where credit due. First time I had used Monsterplumb and ordered via their website, I have to say the service was great, ordered on the Monday and it was delivered the next day, free delivery. A couple of copper fittings short but penny items so no great shakes. Excellent, a first-time customer I'm very happy, well done Monsterplumb.”

“Very pleased with the item I ordered, and would use Monsterplumb again. The only problem was with the courier APC. I was tracking my order until about 16.00 when it simply disappeared from their website. I had no explanation or apology so was completely in the dark as to when to expect the delivery. I accept that the Easter weekend made for some delay, but an email to let me know what was happening would have been helpful (and polite)”
