“I ordered some items from them and when the parcel arrived (on time) one item was missing. I contacted them in the afternoon and the missing item was sent overnight by APC arriving before 12 the next day, well impressed! Prices excellent as well.”

“Excellent service, I buy from here regularly. One of the cheapest and most reliable online merchants that I've used. They let me down with my last order, marked as dispatched then didn't get sent. There were two items missing but nobody contacted me and I had to call. This is the first problem I have and it was quickly resolved but would have appreciated a call to let me know the delivery date had changed as I had work booked. Previously, I've had 5 or 6 orders with no issues and very quick delivery.”

“Ordered a commercial oven gas pipe. Delivered next day which was brilliant. I then realised I had ordered the wrong size. Called about organising an exchange as there was no label in the box. Was told as long as the item hadn’t been used. This would be okay. I had to then order the correct part. Which again was delivered the next day. Which was excellent. My only complaints are that the return cost me £8 and I had over £10 pounds deducted from the refund. Which I can only assume was for opening one end of the plastic wrap to see if the item would fit my cooker. The wrap was still on the item and the condition of the item was unused and as it was as i received. Because of these two unexpected costs I would use this company again. Which is a shame as the products, delivery and customer service was excellent.”

Hi Scott, Thank you for your comments. There were no deductions from your refund for damage, the item was returned in perfectly re-sellable condition. The deduction was for the postage cost paid, £5.99+Vat, not over £10, this is the cost you were charged at checkout to deliver it. We do not pay for returns to come back to us, unless damaged or incorrect etc. for the same reason when it is no fault of our own, this is clearly stated in our delivery & returns policy.
