“Listings of car hire excess cover very well presented and extremely usefull. I selected a product which so happens is the same company I have used for the past 5 years which gave me confidence in renewing with them again.”

“Compared hire car excess insurance. Went through the process only discover that when I tried to buy the cheapest ones that the transaction failed. Eventually had to go for a more expensive policy that actually completed. Still massively cheaper than from the hire company, but not as good as their best quoted price.”

“We bought car insurance excess with yourselves, however we are still awaiting a refund from the company you handed it to called "claimez' we have sent them all the paperwork they have asked for four times. We travelled in August and it's now end of Jan and they still haven't refunded us.”

Hi Natalie, Thanks for your review. We would be really happy to get involved here - but your review is the first we knew of any issue. As a comparison site we don't get details of any claims - so you would have submitted the claim via the insurer you took the policy out from. Normally these are settled within days, a month at the outside, so I have no idea what the issue is here. We have tried to call you (but could not get through) you and emailed you to try to get more details and as soon as we hear from you we will take the matter up with the insurer to get this sorted.
