“ordered a rug on Thursday. Phoned following Wednesday as delivery stated 2-4 days. Item was not yet despatched from warehouse 6 days later (Wednesday.) Company then informed warehouse to despatch also offered a refund but not an answer as time taken to credit bank account. DELIVERY DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS BUT WORKING DAYS !!! this was not stated. This has put me off on-line purchasing. Next time I will go to shop, pay and leave with goods.”

“Lovely hall runner but 10 cent short which to me was a big dissapointment i was told it was tollerance and this was to be expected i would understand the odd cent but not 10 which is 4 inches a lot of carpet what a shame very noticeable to my old one”

“I ordered a rug from modern rugs excellent service rang about non slip fleece was advised it was good by lady on phone and yes it is good no movement at all the customer service was second to none. The rug was exactly what I wanted would advise anyone too use them delivery time was in a matter of days also our Bengal cats love it”
