“I have used Modern Lighting Solutions on multiple occasions. The first time I was navigating the maze of matching LED products with drivers and control systems. Paul was brilliant at helping me to get everything I needed first time around. It arrived on time and everything worked exactly as required. This last time I knew what I wanted which made it simpler, but still the customer service was first class. I placed an order for custom items on Tuesday and it all arrived securely packaged by Friday the same week. If you are looking around for somewhere to get your lighting. You have found the place with MLS. I really can't recommend highly enough.”

“SUPER IMPRESSIVE TEAM! I had to add lighting to a portion of a showroom which had not been used for years. We contacted Ian at Modern Lighting Solutions and he kindly told us the bigger predicament we were in. Old technology! Without a blink, Ian was able to offer us lighting that was exactly what we needed on the first offer AND replace the mounting heads so they worked with an antiquated track. “I live over 100 miles away, but found Ian at modern lighting far easier to deal with any of my local suppliers, most importantly Ian was genuinely interested even though it was only a small project (track lighting for an antique shop). Backup support was also remarkable! when I later phoned for some small inexpensive parts, I was treated exactly the same, and furthermore, they posted the part instantly and did not want to charge. The quality of the goods and the price in my opinion cannot be bettered they were literally thousands of pounds cheaper than one competitor.”

“Fantastic customer service. I needed a lighting track and got a little confused with which bits went with what. When I phoned they could not have been more friendly and helpful and they clearly knew what they were talking about (and importantly knew their products) and advised me on what I did and didn't need, to make the track complete. That was yesterday afternoon and this morning everything arrived. The product is of a good quality and I'm a happy customer. I would not hesitate to buy from them again”

“I am very pleased with my track lighting supplied by MLS. I have placed two orders with them and the customer service was second to none. On my second order, Ian contacted me the following morning to advise me that I was missing some power feeds and end caps based on my previous order. He included them FOC which I did not expect but was very welcome. I also had a faulty track (missing part from manufacturing) which was rapidly replaced by MLS. A very good buying experience and I will use them again.”
