“I was replacing a kitchen and were looking for pendant lights. MLS was recommended by a friend who also purchased pendant lights on track. The lights and track I had are German made. They are very high quality materials and paint. Installation, assembly is simple too. The engineering at its best. One needs to see how all the components done to appreciate the thoughtfulness of the implementation. I wanted something a bit off the shelf therefore contacted MLS halfway though the kitchen work, to get the idea what I can order, sizes, colours etc. The moment kitchen island was installed and I knew where exactly the lights should go I called Paul from MLS who was very helpful and informative. I bet I could not understand better without his help. He took me though the options and did a lot of leg work to find out if the colour/model/design combination I'm looking for is actually possible. After all I placed the order and it did arrive three days later! Brilliant! Very efficient and high quality service. Could not be happier. Thanks a lot!”

They sent out samples, arranged a rep to visit, helped with items that were required for our lighting design and organised prompt delivery over the Christmas period. I had many questions which they were always patient and knowledgeable with in their response.”

“It was so simple and painless! I'm a relative novice when it comes to electrical fittings, they advised me over the phone, even replied to an email on a weekend out of hours! The lights came quickly and were exactly the right type, out of the 12 lights and bulbs, one was faulty, no hassle and replacement arrived the next day! Amazing customer service, thats what it's all about and what differentiates you from others, thank you :) (shout out to Iain!)”
