“I have owned a pair of Moda in Pella trainers for a couple of years and have been delighted with them. I recently ordered another pair in the same size and they were an inch shorter in length and it cost me £12 to return them. I will not be placing any more orders until your returns policy changes. Most upmarket companies provide free returns.”

“Lovely shoes a real touch of class. But I wish moda would consider classing 41 as a true size 7 1/2 it's not a 8. Please do more shoes & sandles in wider fit and go up to a size 9. If so I would have a shopping addiction with moda in pelle.”
