“I love the look of the boots. They are comfortable and the heel height is enough to give you a lift but still means you can walk in them. The only problem I have is I find it difficult to wriggle into them. They make a scrunchy noise around the heel for som3creason. Good value though.”

“Moda in Pelle has been my favourite shoe shop for over a decade. Their shoes are both stylish and comfortable. More recently I have been shopping on line but there have been some minor issues. This is why I have not given full marks.”

“The shoes I bought in the sale were lovely. Very comfy trainers and I’m not a trainer girl. They arrived damaged and it was difficult to return. Had to wait 4-5 days for a link and code for free return. I ended up buying new ones at our outlet store. Money back took another 3 weeks from collection by evri. The returns process not being free and quick would mean I won’t order online again”

“I recently bought 2 pairs of boots. One pair I haven’t worn yet but I’m very happy with. The other pair have a zip that has broken after only a couple of uses. I’ve contacted the company about this but so far haven’t had a response.”

“I ordered a pair of trainers online, very easy to do and they arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately they were too narrow so I returned them to the Manchester, where a refund was granted with absolutely no fuss. My only criticism would be the amount of time it took for the money to go back into my account. Around 10 days is poor”

“Best shoes ever whole wardrobe full of them all now shoes sandles boots trainers . Never need wearing in , only gripe is packaging , please can this be in looser bags to make it easier if anything need to be returned . It's so hard to unwrap and return if needed when suctioned pack . Only gripe .”

“Great offers on sale items. Great quality boots, I just fell in love with a different pair. Will definitely be back. Was just a bit disappointed that you have to pay for returns and then the refund for my return didn’t clear until the very last day. Paying for returns was made clear when I purchased though.”

“So these are lovely but not for me! Being only 5’2 I don’t seem to suit wide clumpy shoes/boots but doesn’t take away that they are nice. Comfy when tried in and true to size, also lovely colour.”

“I must just be the wrong size for Moda in Pelle. I have now tried one pair of sandals in size 4 (they were so big I thought the pair had been sized incorrectly) and two pairs of boots, one 4, again HUGE and one 3, still no good. I read reviews that all say “true to size”, but this has just not been my experience at all. Customer service is fine and I have always been refunded with no problems, but I have given up even looking at Moda in Pelle footwear.”
