“I love the boots. The stitching in the insole can be a little uncomfortable and feels very raised, but the boots are very comfortable to wear.”

“I love all my moda footwear, and I’ve got quite a collection /lot to choose from. But the strength of a fantastic brand, must be the customer service element. So when there is an obvious problem with a faulty product, it is dealt with as a matter of urgency. In the same way as sales are the driving force. So my New shoes worn twice have the sole coming away from the heel. Two emails sent and sadly no response. I keep being asked for reviews, but where is the listening within the company???!. Have been unable to find a telephone number!! Where is the level of help and support from moda ? I’m still waiting ..: you have all my details moda”

“Designs are always beautiful and stylish. However my one disappointment is that the width of the shoe can be narrow and as the leather is quite stiff it can be uncomfortable. I still buy them and torture my feet, because I always feel special in them.”

“Overall a good winter boot, a bit heavy on the foot and the top never stays fixed up by the straps, but keeps rolling down.”

“Easy to shop, items arrive quickly. Return cost is for the buyer to sort, so be sure you are prepared for that, or have a store or concession shop near you for free returns, especially if ordering more than one size for fit. I'd give 5 stars if they did free returns.”

“I ordered some white trainers. When they arrived they were faulty. I contacted Moda in Pelle and we arranged to send them back. A new pair arrived and there were perfect. Excellent customer service”

“Great quality products, lovely leather on the boots I bought and very easy to return online orders in stores. There is a big variation in leg widths on boots so you need to try on lots of styles to find the right fit. The staff at Cheshire Oaks store are really friendly and helpful.”

“Im a big fan of Moda in Pelle, the leather is soft and the shoes and comfy. I have bought 4 pairs of trainers, 1 pair of heels and 1 pair of sandals from them. I've had a few issues with the quality of the shoes but for the price and the softness of the shoes Im a big fan.”

“Love the designs and wide choice. Delivery speedy BUT don’t do on line returns via stores as it takes extra time to get the refund which seems unfair as you’ve had the expense of the journey to store. Sizing can be very BIG”

“Lovely trainers, great style and quality. Elastic slightly tight at top but imagine this will loosen. I’m usually between a 4.5-5 and the 5s fit fine.”
