Awful. Have never purchased a pair of shoes from moda on pelle that I have been so disappointed with. They were not even leather and at £89 full price I would have expected them to be a lovely leather. I am usually delighted with any pair of shoes I get from moda in pella but not these they looked cheap so disappointed 😔

Virtually all of my footwear is by Moda in Pelle so I was very disappointed to find that my latest purchase had to be returned as the sizing was way too small. Add to this the realisation that it cost me nearly £9 to return them via the recommended Royal Mail tracking service (as I don’t have a local store) and it would make me think twice about buying in future.

I have paid for gold shoes over 10 weeks ago and still not received them I was told it would be sorted, I am livid because I also bought Orange snake skin and they arrived in a plain white box without the logo on the tassels and back can you confirm ther are bogus people doing copies of your loafer shoe

I bought some navy pumps that were expensive but looked fabulous. When arrived the laces were not long enough so have got to buy some new ones. I guess I won't win the £200.00 for a review now but I am disappointed as I still haven't worn them . They are lonely and laceless in my wardrobe .

I was very upset when after treating myself to a pair of trainers , they came in a tatty box , usually boxes good for storage , inside the shoes were obviously returns , the soles were marked and tissue wrappings were used and creased etc , not even so much as a voucher of apologies.returned.

Returned some trainers on 2 August via Evri, and STILL haven’t had any acknowledgment of it. Won’t be using them again…

I have now given up on ever getting the shoes I bought. I have been sent different sized shoes, not just once, but now twice. Size 37 & a size 38!!! The service is disgraceful. I have purchased many pairs of Moda In Pelle shoes ive the past 5 years and would buy again from a shop, but not online.

Returned shoes to small ordered another pair larger fit great Delay in credit to long await When buying money taken out of account instantly when crediting took more then stated

12 days I've been waiting and STILL haven't received my order. I'd call that POOR Customer Service. Not sure if I will bother using you again. Much better service from my local shop in Farnham!!!

Quality deteriorated and sandals returned. The Moda label stuck on foot bed is very uncomfortable. Also paying for return on poor item not acceptable

I returned shoes on 01/07,2023 via Evri Parcelshop, we are now on 27/07/2023 and the only information I have is that the parcel was collected on 17/07/2023. Not even an email and no sign of a refund.. totally disappointing service & I would definitely think twice before shopping here sgain

I’m still waiting on my parcel to be picked up and returned, it’s very slow at getting back to me and saying I don’t need a returns label, they make it very difficult to return a parcel

Poor experience, shoes that don't fir (I always take a size 8 and the 8s sent to me were akin to a uk7. Poor returns experience, lack of communication and I hadvto chase. Very unlikely to return as a customer, not least that free returns aren't provided, I had to absorb the cost to return shoes that were not representative of a normal size 8, so reluctant to put myself in that position again.

My sandals were delivered quickly and although I loved them, the straps were far too long making them so loose over my toes I couldn't walk in them. Returned to the shop and was told up to 10 working days for the refund. That's 2 weeks! Far too long. I took something else back to another store the same day and got that refund within 2 days. After 8 working days I got an automated email confirming the refund and saying it could take another 3 to 5 days! Then I got a 'your item has been despatched' email for the original item, for which the tracking showed it had already been delivered, which it had. What was worrying was I had a pending transaction on my card which made me wonder if I was going to be charged again when I hadn't even got the original refund! I wrote to customer services, what a surprise, 3 days for a reply. I rang my card provider who thought the transaction may be a refund but had to wait and see. The refund did arrive the next day, 2 days after that I got a reply from customer services and an apology for the confusion. I would say only buy shoes from one of the shops when you have tried them on and are sure you like them and they fit. I will never order online again as their customer service afterwards is appalling.

After looking at various footwear options I decided to purchase this brand and have been very disappointed with my purchase. One zip tag came apart within two days of wearing the trainers & second tag a week later . The top of the left shoe was scuffed by the third day. I'm in a sedentary role so would expect shoes with a retail price of £120 + pre sale price (£56 as I paid for them is far too expensive for such poor quality) to look as new within weeks of purchase but I'm sad to write they looked years old. Ordered these trainers on 11th of June, delivery was 14th of June & pictures below were taken 25th June.
