“Ordering and delivery was great no complaints, but l needed to return my order as the boots were too big, that’s when l discovered l needed to pay for postage as my nearest store for returns was 13 miles away in the middle of Manchester, sadly this has put me off ordering on line.”

“Ordered the Chelsea boot online, size 4. Arrived in good time and beautifully packed but a size 6! Had to make a trip into Manchester to return and re-purchase the correct one at the shop. Love the product but a disappointing ordering experience hence only 3 stars.”

“Normally I buy a size 7 and it fits perfectly, my last pair of sneakers were too small even though they were a size 7, so very disappointing I had to send them back.”

“The sole kept popping out half way for a couple of times before coming off completely and the comfort of foot seems to have been sacrified for the stylish outlook.”

“I have been very pleased with the quality of trainers in the past but the ones I received this time I could not wear as the zip would not do up as was sewn too close to the edge and the chrome trim next to the heel was tarnished, but my main complaint was the problem was getting my money returned I was giving a return label which I used having EVEI collect them at my house on the 11th of November and I am still waiting to get my money apparently I am in a queue system and they only work 5 days a week today is the 21st of November and have been emailed I should receive it on the 27st”

“Love the products and the quality I am a great fan but on the rare occasion I return something getting a refund is a nightmare. I am still waiting for a refund you received 14 days ago from order 1297494 and despite several emails still no refund and you take days to reply”

“Just purchased a pair of loafers, look lovely but as always with Moda in Pelle shoes, after a couple of days ...they are too big. The size smaller is too tight. There is such a big difference between sizes. Moda need to introduce half sizes. This happens with every pair I have had, at least 4 or 5 pairs. Another £99 wasted! Shame, as the styles are lovely, just the fit!! I have boots from Moda and sandals, they're OK. Just seems to be the shoes”

“Pros - great design. Cons - if shoes bought directly from Moda in Pelle; the customer pays for returns, we then wait 10 working days for a refund to be transferred to our bank accounts and finally the day the return is delivered is not always recorded but the day the return department registered the return is and the 10 days counted from then.”

“Great footwear however would not purchase online again, original boots arrived in poor condition had to return them. Then took a long time before I received my credit. I did repurchase through one of their stores.”

“I'm frequently tempted by the shoes, butbI have learnt to my cost that they do not suit my feet. I'm sure this is my problem, not theirs and unfortunately I seem unable to learn and keep ordering! I think that is because they sell nice shoes. The delivery, return and refund process seems to work well and I just wish the shoes fitted me.”

“Returns difficult,as delivered by evri but,you need to pay at post office to return.There is no post office where I live and had I known this,due to working 12hr shifts would not have ordered,as to get to a post office difficult”

“Ordered orange sandals for my holidays, unfortunately they arrived the day that I arrived at my destination, no speedy delivery for N.Ireland ☹️. Had ordered two pairs as not sure if Moda in pelle was small or large fitting as first time buying . Lovely sandals, so kept one pair and returned the other on 19th September 2023 via post office, still haven't received the refund!!!! Not impressed with delay!”

“Nice quality sandals that also lookm good but would have preferred if they were either gold or beige/cream, not a mix of the two. I feel the Mode in Pelle is slightly on the large side. I am normally a UK size 5 or a EUR 38 but 1 38 is too big so I order a 4 or 37.”
