I ordered some trainers which were faulty. Returned them promptly, you acknowledged safe receipt of the item but took over 3 weeks to then refund my money. Will take my custom elsewhere next time.

Very poor customer service from moda. Took 3 weeks to get a refund so won’t be ordering online again. Shoes are nice so if I bought any again I would go to store and pay cash. My friend at work had the same experience as me , she waited nearly a month for a refund! nobody answers the phone , don’t reply to emails and really bad to wait such a long time to get a refund!

Shoes are such small fitting. I’m a 7 and even the 8 was far too tight. First pair I returned took 3 weeks for the refund

My boots blistered after walking outside of the house for the first time, walking in the house with shoes is not an indication of quality or what damage they will cause to one’s feet. My heel was so badly blistered walking on concrete not the comfort of my own home that I would not dream of wearing them again… I was refused a refund! Poor cheap quality, overpriced, even at 50% discount!

I can not say how disappointed I am in Moda in Pelle.I have been a customer,since the opening of your first shop in Leeds,my home town. I feel very let down.

I have sent some boots back and for the 2nd time they have been lost and I have emailed and had no response from customer services. They are just ignoring my emails even though I have sent tracking details and paid for the return.

Ordered boots which, despite being my usual size, proved too big, so returned at my own cost on a signed for service. I waited the 10 working days from their receipt of my package stated in moda’s t&c’s for a refund, but then had to chase them for my refund. Not impressed and hence would not buy from them again and would not recommend

Still waiting for a refund for faulty shoes for over 3 weeks. Customer "care" is impossible to contact. You wait on the phone only to be told by a recording after 11 minutes that they can't answer your call and you are disconnected. If you try to contact them via live chat on their website it does not connect you to anyone. Very fed up customer.

The sandals don’t fit there is no paperwork to return the product and the packaging was so tightly wrapped it was impossible to use if I had been able to send them back. I have been unable to return the item.

The trainers I ordered were way too big. I returned them at my own expense, even though the sizing seemed wrong. I had to chase for a refund over and over again. The refund did not happen when promised and I eventually got my money back (excluding the return postage) almost a month after I returned the item. My emails were not responded to and neither was my attempt to contact customer services on social media. Extremely poor customer service for a highend priced purchase. I won't be shopping here again.

Unfortunately on this occasion, my experience is not good, as I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online and returned them to store! The refund has not been done correctly and it shows I still owe money for them through Klana and I had to purchase another pair and my £50 gift voucher that was a present hasn’t been returned either!

I bought pink trainers in May kept them for a special day, then to them out of the box,all the elastic was broken, really badly made so could not keep them on ,but to late to send back, really disappointed, I irge anyone buying from this company to check the goods carefully.

Only giving one star as I like their designs and materials. Customer service is sadly substandard. I ordered a size 4 loafer and used a unique discount. Unfortunately size 4 was too small, I instantly returned item for an exchange to size 5; included all paperwork 'exchange' and checked the website prior to sending back to ensure it was in stock. After a week I had not heard anything and checked my MIP account... my original item showed as "cancelled"?! I contacted customer services by email to find out what was happening with my exchange(checked website, size 5 was still in stock). Waited another few days for response and then chased with a further email. Got a response two days later to say that my "refund" will be processed in 10 working days... as I didn't want a refund and really wanted my loafers exchanged for size 5 (still in stock)... again I returned an email to request the exchange as per returns form. Waited another few days for response which, funnily enough, the size 5 is now out of stock and a refund will be processed in 10 working days. Extremely poor customer service. I have a few pairs of MIP boots/trainers and love their designs but a simple exchange has really put me off of this company.

I hope I have just been particularly unlucky, I’ve had 3 pairs of trainers/sandals this summer, all have had terrible manufacturing faults, awaiting replacements. I fail to see how any of these pairs could have passed through a half decent quality control check! Very disappointing as the styles are lovely… Hoping for a satisfactory resolution and some financial recompense for the appalling customer experience 😡😡😡

Ordered two pairs of shoes on 16th July and eventually received replacements on 11th August after three emails to Moda Customer Services to chase up delivery - Courier lost the first parcel. Disappointed that one pair obviously not a pair - different finish of leather and different standard of decorative finish on each shoe. Returned in person to store at Cheshire Oaks on 22nd August and asked for refund as out of stock in store. Told Customer Services would be in touch and on 29th August received an email confirming my refund should be in my account in three - five working days. On 20th September I again phoned Moda Customer Services as nothing received and was told refund now processed but would take 3 - 5 working days. Refund has now finally arrived in my account on 23rd September. Very disappointed with the poor customer service. Avoid using this company.

I've had shoes and sandals from Moda In Pelle before and always been thrilled with them. On this occasion however very disappointed. They were cheap and started to fall apart after a couple of weeks. Not the usual standard.

My boots arrived faulty. Multiple marks on them and 2 inches of stitching undone. Obviously, they had not been checked before being sent out to the next customer. Sent them back on 24th August now 18th September and still no fund. I have rung customer services numerous times. I will not be buying Moda online again. Terrible service.
