i purchased 3 identical internal door. Two of the doors are bowed at the bottom. This was only evident when hinged into place. Very disappointed.

Terrible service - AVOID Failed to advise me about delays. Failed to deliver item. Failed to reply to emails. On 21/10/2020 I placed and paid for an order for an item listed as being in stock. 2 days later I received an email stating that the order had been dispatched and would be delivered within 3-5 days A week later on the Friday 30/10/20 the order had not yet been delivered so I phoned and spoke to the customer services manager who advised me that it was out for delivery with the courier and that he would chase them and get back to me on Monday. By Tuesday 03/11/20 I had still heard nothing back so again phoned and was told by the same customer services manager that the order had not been dispatched and in fact had not even been received from the supplier and probably wouldn't be in stock until the end of November. I asked for a full refund which they processed the following day. I emailed a detailed complaint but never received any reply.

Delivery 3 times plus longer than stated. Installation instruction's all but useless. Communication's with MODA almost impossible. Wouldn't buy a door hinge from them never mind a door again.

Initially phone staff where helpful but soon as they sent incorrect doors no one is taking ownership, 4 weeks and no refund. Purchased 9 doors, wish I went to my local door guy first who has ordered everything without any payment as I’m still waiting.

First, they sent me fire doors, instead of the doors that I ordered. I had to help unload these heavy items from the van because they only send 1 man to deliver heavy items. When they ordered replacements, they ordered the fire doors _again_! When I tried to order the right doors again using the credit, they failed to call me back to take my order! When I called to finally get a refund, the guy got shirty and accused me of being rude when I expressed my exasperation at the whole mess! Of the 12 doors delivered, 7 were the doors ordered, 3 of which were damaged. So less than 34% success rate. Their site claims "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED". This is a total joke! Don't waste your time with these clowns.

Ordered 23rd Oct turned up the 31st Oct only after I did all the chasing. Had to cancel a booked in carpenter. Asked for the delivery to be brought forward so I didn't have to cancel the poor chippy, not possible. Asked for at least a part refund on the £41 delivery, not possible as not authorised (this is the office manager). Asked to speak to someone who was, told only one of the directors could and they were on lunch, couldn't call me, he couldn't tell me when they would be back so I could ring back myself and told me no point anyway as they would only refer back to him. They either have no complaints procedure or staff lie there own convenience. Poor service, really can't be bothered to pursue now as I'm convinced it would be a waste of time. I will just order the other 6 doors needed from elsewhere but wanted to warn others that ordering 8 days before you have a trade booked in isn't as safe as you might think.

Very happy with the style of the door..... however the instructions are very poor- & all parts wasn’t there!!!! My carpenters had to add extra parts :(((( which cost me extra £20

The doors were the wrong size, I ordered larger ones but they haven't arrived. The company won't refund for the smaller doors or collect them, I am going to court to settle this matter

Not delivered yet. Vehicle b.down. May get deld. next week - we are away most of next week! Originally quoted 3-5 days ( a mistake we're told) then 10-15 days i think. Not at all happy. We have already cancelled carpenter twice! Please acknowledge this message.

Easy to order and to make payment. After that is when all the problem start. First the 3 to 5 days delivery did not happen. Two doors ordered first door was the wrong door style and size, after several telephone conversations and emails the supplier sorted this out not MODA Doors. The second door never arrived more telephone conversations when they answered the telephone, dont leave message they do not return your call, that is if you can leave a message most of the time the answer phone is full and several emails they agree a refund for the door that never arrived now over two weeks later and more emails no refund. Now having to get my credit card company involved for the refund. The customer service is the worst I have ever come across. If I ever needed to buy another door I would not be using MODA Doors.

The door on the website was of a walnut inlay door so I ordered the wrong door. It took over two months and numerous email and telephone chasing for Moda to arrange collection and then refund of my door despite my admitting my part in ordering the wrong door and paying for both the collection and delivery (£80 error!). I would NEVER shop with them again. Avoid! The original delivery took 10days ie slower than on the website too.

We have seen charge for you to drop off doors and charge again to pick door up. All done by the same driver at the same time.

Phoned first to check no issues with delivery then bought doors over 3 weeks ago. Promised delivery in 3-5 days. No doors, no communication. Taken my money. You've been warned - don't do it.

AWFUL. Would not recommend. Delivery delays. Missing orders. Wrong delivery. Poor communication, can only contact via email and does not respond unless chased. No apologies or anything offered as a gesture of good will. Had to contact manufacturers directly to sort out. Took weeks to solve. Been really stressful.

Doors quality is good,net delivery promised 3-5 working days.came after 1 month. I late job now 2 weeks.charge for week is 5k. Phone not pick up when i call.emails not replying. So first and last time I used this supplier

I ordered the doors and they were all damaged upon delivery. The replacement doors then came and where 3 short of the original order and again all damaged. I am now fighting to get a full refund because they cant organise to collect the doors and wont give me my money back until the manaufacturer has collected them. Poor service and product!
