Whatever you do don’t buy from this bunch of cowboys. I wish I’d read the reviews before I purchased my doors. Moda seem to think it’s acceptable to send the same doors out in completely different colours, I gave them the chance to sort the issue out but it’s a case of once they have your money there not interested anymore. I’ve now had to refer the case to my credit card company to sort out. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Purchased 11 LPD carini doors in 3 different sizes, some of the doors are a totally different colour and not fit for purpose. I’m now been told by LPD that this is normal. See the pics and make your own mind up. Avoid at all costs

Terrible customer service and delivery took 2 weeks and not the 3-5 days as stated on the website. Moda Doors would not refund delivery costs (a whopping £35) and I have since found out that the door took over a week to even leave XL Joinery warehouse - even though I was advised it was in stock when ordering. I will not be using this company again

Hi. Your initial help was very good but I am still waiting for the doors to be delivered, which I paid for on the 18th May. I was promised 3 - 5 working days, which means the doors should have been delivered to me on the 25th May at the latest. I was then advised delivery would be on the 2nd June, which I could live with as I had labour there ready to fit the doors, ready for the handover on Friday 4th June. We never received the delivery. I had NO notification there was a problem so trusted they would arrive the following day. NOPE, nothing. I then chased and got the message there was delivery problem. We have now been informed that delivery will be made on Tuesday 8th June between 6:47am and 9:47am, so I am going to have to pay my site agent to get to site early that day. On top of that I need to now get my carpenter back to site to finish the project, and my client is unhappy that we have not finished as discussed. I feel that some compensation should be made and wait to hear from you regarding this matter and poor service. I will add that Callum has been helpful and realise this is not his fault. The door delivery, assuming we get them on Tuesday, will be 14 working days. I paid a premium for these doors based on your promise of the delivery being 3 - 5 working days which has not happened. Poor quality doors. The fire door I ordered has a manufacturing fault and MODA doors are refusing to replace it.

Orders not arrived on time, or they were out if stock after placing order, some doors arrived damaged but not refunded, wrong items sent. Poor conjunction and poor customer service

Ordered 8th April today is the 26th which should have been my delivery day(finally)! Just received a text to say it will be tomorrow now as one of their drivers did not turn up this morning, time just now is 12pm. Poor service!

Still waiting.........Your delivery company LPD failed to deliver on given date. We have had to contact them ....again...to secure another time. Hopefully we can give a review of actual door sometime soon.

you only supply one knob and i had to make that much slimmer to fit the inside of the room and allow the door ot open fully i supplied my own knob for the out side. the little pack of screws should be illustrated on the instructions. the plan should be on a much bigger scale to make it easier to read. pick someone at random in your office and see if they can fit into a frame. if the frame is the size of the door, they will need to cut say 10mm off the bottom to allow for the pivot.

Purchased from Moda as good range of Doors with a short delivery promise of 3-5 days. Paid and received invoice confirming 3-5 days. Took 13 days in reality causing additional costs. Quality issue then raised with Jel-wen doors but refused to offer any compensation for time to make good. Find another supplier......

even though i followed all the laying flat guidelines the door was warped. Also one side of the glass pane trim clearly hadn't been nailed in so I had to drill and nail it myself; finally several of the glass pane trim nails / staples had not been filled and have cracked the wood in about 10 instances so have had to fill all of those. I'd send it back if it were not for the cost of getting my builder to fit a replacement.

The worst experience I had first i got sold the wrong door locks also one of the door hindges was missing then I went to return the door locks as they were the wrong one instead of a refund which they said went back onto my card they took more money from my bank account All they keep saying sorry its our fault still waiting for a refund which has been over 1mth

Sadly despite checking packaging when joiner finally arrived to fit they were very damaged and we were out of 48 hours to claim replacement. Absolutely devastated £450 door wrecked

WORST COMPANY EVER. I BOUGHT A £300 DOOR . I GOT IT CRACKED 3 TIMES WAITED 1 MONTH AND A HALF FOR IT AND i REFUSED THE 3RD CRACKED DOOR BECAUSE i couldn t trust them anymore . Took another few weeks and me go to their office in perso 2 hours away from my home to get.my.money back Terrible.company DON T BOTHER
