“Brilliant equipment and even better customer service, have had a weight belt for years and unfortunately the fixture for the buckle broken, as the design is no longer on sale I contacted the company and without hesitation the buckle was fixed and posted back to myself Amazing and brilliant service, extremely happy customer”

“Prior to ordering a belt from Mobility tools I had always just used cheap nylon belts from Amazon. I ordered the modifit elite stealth weightlifting belt with the old logo so it was discounted to £45 ish. Got another 10% off with discount code. Bargain! Immediately out the box I could see the quality of this belt, clearly handcrafted with pride and care! You’ve got a customer for life in me (or at least for as long as I can squat heavy). Feels comfy to wear and I can only imagine it will get comfier as it’s worn in.”

“Easy to navigate website. Straightforward, and precise, instructions of how to order a custom belt. “Terrible customer service when trying to do a full custom belt. Inattentive and uncaring, despite advertising they want to help. Pull bait and switch on customers saying they can do one thing and then no doing it. Unapologetic for their mistakes, with zero interest in making it right. Also order a size up as the belts run on the small side.”

“My 13mm single prong belt has been going strong for five years (since Oct '18) despite 3x a week use for squats/deadlifts, so I thought I'd come back and give my approval. I would happily buy another but I don't think I'll need to for a very long time.”
