“I have been renting from mobility Giant for 2 years and they have been brilliant so helpful and when I had a problem with my scooter they sorted it no problem and when my health changed the sorted out to off hire the scooter and pick it up a Great company a pleasure to rent a scooter off”

“I bought a Quickie Q200R from Mobility Giant recently. The chair is in immaculate condition and just what I needed to get out directly from the house. I’m loving it❤️. The reasonable price, warranty and 14 day return guarantee made the buying experience much less scary than usual … the customer service 5* Delivery issues were quickly and efficiently sorted out - i am so grateful for that, thank you to the kind person who arranged local delivery ( Laurence ?). Got my freedom back with a reliable chair - very many thanks”

“Brilliant company . Customer service staff on the phone were professional and helpful,I spoke to Tristan who gave me advice and organised my order. I got a called to advise delivery date and they came within the slot they offered me . Tons of emails and texts to advise of delivery updates and a live tracking option . A young man delivered the scooter with care and explained everything about it . He asked if there was anything else we needed to ask before leaving to make sure we were ok with it . Couldn't find a better mobility scooter company than these guys. Thanks again 5**** to the whole team and a great deal aswell”

“Very satisfied with the service received from Mobile giant Raul who delivered the Q50 carbon lite power chair explained in detail how to use it and spent a lot of his time to ensure we understood Stefan in the office also phoned with details of an available chair and patiently waited for me to reply For this I was very grateful An excellent company who I would certainly be pleased to recommend to anyone hoping to buy in the future Certainly the price paid was the best offered and no other company was able to match it.”

“Bought a TGA plus 4 and had one or 2 issues with battery problems witch Mobility giant have went over and beyond to fix even replacing the scooter and giving me £50 refund for problems Iv had William whom has been helping me has been 101% very helpful I’m not a huge fan of these new lithium batteries as myself Iv had problems with distance 2 to 3 miles not the 10 to 12 Thats supposed to do .William the Pearson Iv been dealing with is a great help He is in the process of changing the battery’s again and hopefully I can get out and about and not brake down Mobility Giant are not to blame for battery issues they are indeed giving this there full attention in replacing the faulty ones 100% Recommend this company”

“I had my first mobility scooter, a 'Rascal', delivered yesterday from Mobility Giant. I had an excellent service from the day I ordered my scooter until it was delivered yesterday. Steve, who took my order over the phone, was very nice and helpful and Matt, who not only delivered my scooter but showed me how to use it, was also very nice and helpful. I'm very pleased with my purchase. The 'Rascal' is a lovely looking scooter and well worth the money. I would recommend Mobility Giant 100%”
