“i purchased a T.G.A S4 with canopy and sides the scooter was delivered today by Raul who was superb he took his time to explain everything and was right ontime with delivery throughout every stage of my purchase i was kept informed of progress via email and text the scooter far exceeded my expectations a truly superb company who are a pleasure to deal with sincere thanks ,.”

“I bought a TGA MINNIMO autofold, which was to heavy to lift. Moblity Giant very kindly changed it to a lighter model. this company is excellent. very help full and customer service is brilliant. thank you very much for all your help. the delivery driver Raul was also brilliant.”

“I am over the moon that I found this company. My scooter has just arrived and it is fantastic!! The communications from the company were excellent, keeping me informed all the way from ordering to delivery. The delivery was amazing as I was able to track my delivery on my phone and meet my driver and she was just brilliant. Zoe explained how to use my scooter and showed me exactly how things work. She is a real credit to your team. Thank you Mobility Giant for an all round A1 experience!”

“This company is second to none, very professional, delivery. I was given a 2 hour time slot, my mobility scooter was delivered 50 minutes into that slot by a very nice man who could answer all my questions in full. And was able to track my delivery all the way to my door. Highly recommended and I will be passing there information on to other people. 100%”

“If you're unlucky and need a repair, the customer service is absolutely fantastic Its run by a chap called Nigel nothing it too much for this guy kept up to date even got a tracking email to see when the repair man will arrive this is one good company to deal with thank you.”

“I got up out of my bed today after 5 days of feeling lousy as Wayne was delivering my new scooter! Well worth the effort. Wayne was pleasant, courteous and an all round nice guy. The beautiful machine he delivered into my hands was as good as I hoped it would be. Smashing service from start to finish, great company to deal with. “Five star service from start to finish! Ordered over the telephone on 14 December, scooter was delivered on 17 December. Raul delivered the scooter to me, he was very friendly, polite, knowledgable, took time to go over the controls and explained what each component did, One of the mirrors had a crack in it, but a two minute phone call resolved that issue. Would not hesitate in recommending or using again. Customer service second to none, well done Mobility Giant, this is how to do it!”

“My experience of dealing with Mobility Giant was a wonderful one. The driver, Wayne, was very pleasant and helpful and offered to demonstrate everything, however I already own a pride traveller so wasn't necessary. It was easy to find what I wanted on the site and the communication was first class. If I require anything else I will be sure to checkout the Giant. Thanks for everything.”
