“The whole process from start to finish was just so easy, on the day of delivery I received a message from Matt telling me his ETA and was spot on. Matt went over the controls thoroughly with me so I fully understood them and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this company/service to anyone contemplating getting a mobility scooter.”

“Well mobility giant the customer service is outstanding as my wife got me a scooter from them for myself for Christmas. Had a few minor problems with it but as soon as I contacted them with in a few days there was a engineer was out and fixed the problems and Matt p who comes out is a credit to them as always a friendly and nothing is to much trouble and always explains what needs doing. I can highly recommend mobility giant to everyone”

“It’s only day one of owning my lovely new mobility scooter, which we have named Mabel! This morning I did the school run, with the dog in tow, going through the local park on the way home! Finally I am able to get out and about in the fresh air, I can’t put into words how happy I am. My scooter is like brand new, so comfy and easy to use. I just love it. The staff at Mobility Giant were very friendly and helpful, a really positive experience all round. Thank you Mobility Giant X”

“Bought an Excel Roadster dx8 deluxe during their 10% off flash sale. By far the best deal online, especially with a 12 month warranty. Scooter was delivered 6 days later by a very helpful man, nothing was too much trouble. He spent time going through the workings of the scooter and the paperwork. The scooter looks brand new, has same warranty as a new one yet cost so much less. Save money and order from Motability Giant, you won't be disappointed!”

“A message to anyone out there looking to buy a mobility scooter just as i was. You're in safe hands with Mobility Giant! The sales team understood my requirements and i bought a used S4 Max and it was delivered today - WOW! Firstly the delivery engineer was so helpful and friendly it was like chatting to one of your mates as he showed me round the scooter - The man is a credit to the company. Secondly the scooter is in *IMMACULATE* condition and includes new batteries and charger so nothing to worry about there AND I've got a 12 month warranty and free insurance so happy days. Drives like a dream. Great service, great product, great company. Buy with confidence. Scott.”

“Mobility scooter K-lite FE received few days ago everything as advertised. Deliver on time by driver Lee who was very courteous and explained everything about scooter. Not had much use yet but very pleased so far. Will certainly be using Mobility Giant again.”

“Absolutely 5 star traditional friendly company to do business with. Perfect transaction from purchasing my all terrain mobility scooter to delivery. Excellent communications and updates from this company and delivery guy Mark was brilliant, taking his time to explain and demonstrate every aspect of my purchase in detail and making sure I was happy with my scooter. “The purchase was made online, with excellent service from start to finish. I cannot fault the information available, the prompt service the price & immaculate condition of the scooter. All despite my initial reservations about buying online from a company I had not dealt with before. The mobility scooter was delivered on time a couple of days ago by the driver "Tyler". He explained all of the controls & features very clearly, providing a detailed user manual spare keys & an excellent large waterproof seat mounted shopping bag. Nothing else needed. All ready charged & ready to go! I would highly recommend "Mobility Giant" & would be happy to use them again in the future.”
