“I have been buying from Mobility Giant for quite a few years and always found there Mobility Scooters and customer service and after sales support excellent and definitely is my number 1 choice. I have recently purchased another scooter from them a Invacare Comet Pro and it was delivered quickly with the scooter brought right to my doorstep with very friendly helpful deliver driver and in like new condition as advertised and is running perfectly. “This company is a pleasure to deal with. This company is a pleasure to deal with, from choosing a scooter on the website to trading in my old scooter it was a breeze, delivery was arranged for a week later, the scooter was delivered on time by Lee and Gavin who were great, very professional and friendly and the hand over was as smooth as clockwork.As for the scooter its self you would never know that it was a used scooter amazing condition.So without any hesitation I would recommend this company. 5 stars. “Further to my initial negative review. I had a call from Lawrence (director) to say that they wanted to put things right and as a result I have a new scooter coming on Friday at no extra cost to myself even though it was slightly more expensive snd 2023 scooter. I cannot praise the response to my issues enough and thank the company for caring and sorting it all out so quickly. Thank you. I wasn’t sure how to add this to the original hopefully it will appear as an addition.”

“David and Raul have just dropped off and demonstrated my mums new mobility scooter. Both of them were very patient with my mum . So knowledgable about the scooter. Super friendly and easy to talk too. I would love to say a big thank you to them and Mobility Giant....great customer care/ service .”

“I purchased a kimco midi a few weeks ago. The scooter looks brand new,however the battery failed, I phoned Mobility Giant, the young lady I spoke to was very helpful & arranged for a engineer to visit, he duly called, fitted new battery ( thanks Matt ) The service I received was excellent & I would certainly recommend this company to anyone”

“Raymond Griffin just had my batteries fail on my rascal scooter ring the company up very helpful lady on phone I will send a new. charger the lady said it came in the post super quick I tried it and it did not help ok since like the batteries I will send out the mechanic to change them .ok two days later Wayne came nice chap came on time given changed the batteries under warranty no charge no hassle great company nice people they do every thing they can to help lovely scooters lovely people very happy”

“Stefan made the process of purchase so easy, having patience with the questions! Scooter arrived slightly early (no complaints about that) delivered by Raul and Tyler who gave me a full tutorial on setting up the scooter for me and then how to operate it. Again a lot of patience, but they were clear in their explanations and answers. It has been a great experience buying my first scooter and when it comes time to think about a replacement Mobility Giant will be my first call.”

“Stefan was great setting everything up - very clear explanations and patient with the questions! Scooter arrived a little early delivered by Raul and Tyler. Explanations and instructions were clear especially as I am temporarily single handed. Scooter works like a dream and is very comfortable in spite of the state of some of the local pavements. A great company to deal with and I know who I'll be calling when replacement is needed.”

“Had a wonderful experience overall and have been given some freedom and my life back! Great delivery drivers Raul and Taylor were kind and considerate and helped me get to grips with my scooter. I've had my first day out and about again without having to spend hours resting after in over a year. Very happy with the customer service and quality of machine!”

“This review has been delayed due to a combination of illness and bad weather that limited its use for a time. I purchased a reconditioned Galaxy II in December 2022 and it has been brilliant, it runs smoothly and efficiently and does everything it is supposed to do. I have been using it for several months now so it has been well tested. Around the local park and going into town, hills, bumps and poorly maintained pathways have been no problem. Mobility Giant were very helpful and rearranged the delivery date when I realised our garage would not be cleared in time of furniture and carpets taken from the house to enable my access when I came home from hospital after having had a stroke. Eventually the scooter was delivered on the day requested by a young man (sorry can’t remember his name) who was very helpful demonstrating it and answered any questions we might have. On the strength of my experience with Mobility Giant I would recommend them whole heartedly. The scooter is now my lifeline to the outside world, I go shopping and am able to enjoy our wonderful park all without having someone with me, although it’s great for walks with the family too. Thank you, Mobility Giant”

“Have recently purchased a mobility scooter from Mobility Giant. From first contact to delivery everything was smooth and perfect. I was kept up to date on delivery times ans tracking. Teh driver, Amir was p[olite and friendly and ex[plained the machine in fine detail. The machine itself was in showroom condition and works perfectly. I cannot praise Mobility Giant enough and highly recommend them.”
