“I was a little apprehensive buying a second hand scooter online, however I should not of worried. The scooter I chose was well photographed, explained in detail and delivery within days. MobilityGiant provided an excellent service, along with an amazing price. Immaculate scooter arrived within days. Mark (delivery driver) was really knowledgeable, explained everything and we were up and running within minutes. I would highly recommend them if you need a new set of wheels. The customer service has been fab throughout. Thanks! I will always check you out first if I need another scooter.”

“from the moment you place your order you are taken care of from updates on delivery to delivery and the service repair dept is amazing,fixed my scooter within ten mins, call centre takes care of you from the minute they answer your call. my father is also leasing a scooter off them as it is all inclusive,insurance repairs and servicing an amazing company 1st class 5 star”

“I am over the moon that I found this company. My scooter has just arrived and it is fantastic!! The communications from the company were excellent, keeping me informed all the way from ordering to delivery. The delivery was amazing as I was able to track my delivery on my phone and meet my driver and she was just brilliant. Zoe explained how to use my scooter and showed me exactly how things work. “Top marks for a top company. Great communication at every stage of the purchase. I was kept up to date with delivery time too. Zoe delivered the scooter bang on time, she was very knowledgable when demonstrating the features of the scooter and answering any questions myself or my husband had. “Great company to buy your mobility scooter from. Excellent communication and timed delivery. My delivery drivers were Zoe and Wayne who were very friendly and enthusiastic. They took time to explain everything to me even though it was a bitterly cold day. I have had my scooter a week now and love, love, love it. I only wish I had bought one sooner.”

“Hi received my kymco agility deliverd by the very friendly Raul talked me through everything x even had a bar of chocolate with my paper made my day on time and kept me up to date with delivery times,only 1 issue i found that the scooter needed a good clean it was very dirty,so i will set too tomorrow to clean it, but apart from that very happy 😊”

“I would like to thank mobility giant staff a.big thank you for all your first class service that they give I phone last week to say I was having trouble with my scooter with in 24 hours I had a phone call from them asking me what was worry with my scooter I told them they said they would replace it with another one that what you call first class service if any body who wants a scooter don’t go to any one else befor you go to mobility Giants as the service you get is first class I get my new scooter on the 24th of February”

“This is my second scooter from Mobility Giant and because of their great service I will be helping my friend buy hers from them very shortly. I was treated like a valued customer from the initial phone call to delivery. I was kept informed at each step of the process. The scooter arrived at the promised time and was delivered by Kayleigh who was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Good old fashioned service. Needless to say after Kayleigh left I went out on my first jaunt and didn't go bach home for an hour. THANK YOU ALL AT MOBILITY GIANT.”
