First time that I have ordered my dogs medication from Mistrys and I am delighted with how smoothly the whole process went! Really helpful staff and an easy to use ordering procedure. My tracked order order arrived very quickly and I was impressed with how much care had been taken with its packaging. I shall certainly be placing more orders with Mistrys! 5 star service in every way!

Good morning, I visited your pharmacy today and was served by Dan, I wanted to pass on my thanks and gratitude for his kindness and help. I was picking up a prescription for my elderly dad. Dan after a quick question from me about future medication organised for both of my parents to have medication on automatic repeat and delivered to their house. This puts my parents minds at rest and helps me out too as I work full time and am limited as to when I can get to Mistrys.

I really do need to arrange to pick my prescriptions up from a different pharmacy, I really hate going into mistrust. There’s 2 women in the pharmacy, one with dark wavy hair and the other with blonde hair both over 40. Both of them are rude and the way they talk to me is awful, I have thought about asking them what their problem is but I don’t want to make a scene. People with zero customer service skills should not work dealing with the public

Why does the (apparently) senior pharmacist think that wearing a mask completely under his chin and not covering his nose or mouth is acceptable when he wanders around the general sales area! Not only is that illegal but wholly disrespectful to customers and other staff.

Usually very helpful in store and over the phone. However recently on two separate occasions the customer service for advice and information has been poor coupled by rude staff. Previously very impressed, not so impressed now.

Dear sir or madam, It’s very disheartening to read that you were unsatisfied with the service you received recently and for that we apologise. We would like to explain that all our staff have worked throughout the pandemic, continuing to be open six days per week. Also, because of doctor’s surgeries being closed our workload has increased enormously, trying to organise repeat prescriptions and making home deliveries to vulnerable patients. This has not only affected the dispensary but the rest of the staff too, who have had to adjust their “normal” duties in order to help with the social distancing and cleaning of the premises to ensure that we were following government guidelines. In order to cope we implemented a request to customers to e-mail their enquiries to us and we would aim to respond within 15 minutes so the dispensers could continue to fulfil prescriptions with as little interruption as possible. Now a second surge is upon us, as well as being inundated with flu jab requests, we are finding that we are again coming under tremendous pressure. All this of course, does not justify any staff members being rude and once again we apologise. We hope this goes a little way to explain what we are dealing with and to ask for your understanding and patience at this time.

My family and I have been using Mistry’s pharmacy service from the beginning. Recently i have received really bad customer service from the staff. Few times I have called regarding my prescription this particular lady doesn’t listen to me, she speaks to me like I’m beneath her and is extremely rude. And when I rang back to complain then they switched it Back onto telling me that they are cancelling my delivery service saying I’m 36 years old and I should be able to pick up my prescription, (I am Absolutely disgusted by that comment!!! And The only reason I even used that service is because I live in a village and it was more convenient for me to collect from my parents house. Anyway bottom line is the service there is atrocious and staff members do not have respect for their patient. They are rude and unfriendly.

it was so easy to find what I wanted and process my order...thank you and as I'm self-isolating as a lot of us are, we rely on lovely company's like yourselves...so we can stay as healthy as we possibly can...thank you and stay safe & well:) Have not received my order yet as I've only just placed my order:)

Terrible service, still waiting for delivery after 3 weeks to be told it was lost and they accept no liability as it was with the courier Don’t use unless you just want to spend money and get no service or delivery No stars deserved

Received a very fast service for my dogs prescription of eye drops. Ordered online and sent prescription in the post, had an email confirming the eye drops had been sent out. I couldn't of asked for better service, I would certainly recommend Mistrys.

Iam a customer from India. I had my order for eye drops they have taken 30 drops order they said they will do shipping other than Brazil to rest of world I created account. And shared my address they have asked for prescription which I shared later they said they will refund the amount now it's 10 days. I am writing every day email. But no response.

They claimed that they take EU doctors prescription, they don't Wasted hours of time of by arguing over receipt via emails Very bad service

Don't even bother to chance it! I was given wrong information by staff. I followed their instructions. They took my money before giving me the run around for weeks, They've hung up on me and ignored most of my emails. It's now 6 weeks later and I still have no meds or had a refund!!!

They took the money out from my account but didn’t even send the order and when I called them they said they haven’t got any record of the order how is that possible they are fraud scumbags

BEWARE of this company provides APPALLING customer services. They sent me the wrong product, had to wait ages for the correct one, it was their mistake and did not care to mend it straight away. (after informing them that I needed the items urgently) so bad!I I had bought from Mistry before but I do not feel that I can use them now after this experience. As other reviewers mentioned below they do not care at all! BEWARE!

Scumbags who take your money and then don't send the order!!! Completely ignore any correspondence... taking them to small claims court to get my money back!!

Worst experience ever in online shopping. Did not received the parcel (80 euro) and I am still waiting for to be sorted out, after 3 months.
