I was about to make a huge order and I decided to check reviews..let me tell you, I've never seen so many bad reviews in a long time. Thank you for all of you because there is no way I'm ordering from this shop after reading all of that, deleting the app right now.

I've paid for Premier shipping but need to update my email on my account to which I was told is impossible. When I raised this I didn't really feel like they wanted to help the responses even included well at least you've saved on three deliveries (something that is supposed to last a year) I won't be repurchasing misspap premier and probably won't purchase from them in the future. They don't seem like customer service is on the top of their list and the clothes aren't that great in all honesty so I'll be taking my pennys elsewhere and suggest others do to.

I ordered a dress last year and the zip fell off instantly. I knew I’d be blamed for it so decided to keep the dress to hopefully find a way to fix it eventually. I have just found it again and realised just how badly it was made. All along the zipper are threads and there is nothing at the bottom of the zip to keep the zip on. The fabric around the zip is also falling off (I’m assuming because of the threads). I really wouldn’t recommend this shop.

Was about to purchase a coat..................these reviews have really put me off and i intend to buy elsewhere...........A note to MissPap......if you treat your customers like this then you will be getting less business, end of.

worst shop ive ever bought from. I made an order worth £300 and had to return everything because the quality was so bad. I also had a missing item worth £50 in the order and they said they sent it when they didnt. They have essentially stolen £50 from me as i never received the item. They are a SCAM do not buy from them. I was looking at reviews and so many people have experienced this, they should be shut down they are operating illegally stealing from customers.

I am so annoyed with this company, I ordered a lounge set that was quite clearly a matching set, same acid wash colour, I was happy to pay the price as really liked what I'd ordered, to recieve the two piece with each item being a completely different colour from the other!!!! I contacted them, got through the robot, to be told its "down to studio lighting that makes it look matching" I took pictures of both labels that both say "acid wash, grey - 10"..... I didn't buy a set with a blue top and grey shorts, why on earth would I buy a coord that doesn't coordinate!? Absolutely disgusting, I've tried to fight my corner and they have no interest. Now I've seen everyone else's reviews I wish I'd looked first.

Ordered item for next day delivery I got sent the wrong size, miss pap refusing to refund me the next day delivery fee saying nothing was wrong with the delivery!! I explained I paid next day because I needed the shoes the next day and after receiving the incorrect size this has inconvenienced me and the shoes is no longer needed!

So I decided to buy from this company… So I decided to buy from this company even though I read a lot of bad reviews. I must say, I regret it and should have just not wasted my time. Bought a matching blazer and trousers for an event. Only to receive an email that the blazer is sold out and my money will be refunded. I then sent a message via Instagram and explained instead of me returning the trousers would I be able to exchange the blazer since they have the next size up. Upon checking I saw that the price of the blazer had increased. When I asked if the initial price I paid could be honoured I was told “NO” even though they made the mistake saying they had an item when they didn’t. So much for customer service. Sadly I will be returning the trousers and would not be shopping with this company anymore.

This experience made me realise that Misspap isn't about quality material and worthy of trust. I placed an order worth of £130 (in euros this is worth much more). Of course when you pay such amount you expect what you paid for in return. Anyways, I received my two packages in awful situations, the bags were ripped apart, the box of the boots was also ripped and some of the clothes were out of their bags and unfolded. However I still proceeded because I was truly excited to try me new clothes and didn't paid much attention to the packaging. As I tried out the clothes I notice that the items were NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE!!! I was going back and forth looking at what I had in my hands and the pictures, I initially thought I was scammed by another company pretending to be Misspap..BUT NO! The boots were size 6 but my foot was asphyxiated in there and really hurting! The black knitted midaxi dress was very thin and very low quality knit, it was different from the picture, not even close to it! My jeans were a darker colour to what I had ordered. The cute ribbed underboob top I had ordered in size 14 (because I have a big chest) seemed like size 6! The sweatshirt I ordered in size 8 was very low quality and had a hole in the middle of it which you don't see in the pictures. The satin dress was too big for a size 10! And let me just tell you about the front seamed tights... totally different. Nothing like the picture. I was totally in shock thinking I wasted my money..which in the end I DID! From the 12 products I only kept 5 and wanted to return the scammed ones above which were worth of £60. I went to the post office only to find out that they are charging me 55 euros (Greece), for clothes worth of £60!! I immediately dm Misspap on messenger and they told me that they also believe is too much and to check if I used their returns portal, bla bla bla. I asked them if they could at least pay for the half of the postage as they also think it was too much. But no, they just kept saying that the postage has to be covered by me, which I understand that, I would pay 20-25 euros but not 55!! And for this quality!! No company leaves a customer feeling that they have no power over their own money! No company charges 55 euros for a return of clothes worth £60! A company would help out a customer that feels like something is unfair and especially in that case! I am not rich to spend money like that. So here I am writing this review, so people can learn from my mistake and think twice before buying something from Misspap. Customer service offered no solution. All this company wants is to gain money by scamming customers with their low quality fashion. If you value a stress free return experience do not bother buying from this company. Now I will have to keep the clothes because I can't afford to pay another 55 euros after a £130 worth order.

I have returned my full order, which legally means that I am entitled to a FULL refund including shipping costs. however, this company does not obey the law and only reimburses the product. this means that the customer has to pay for both the return costs and the shipping costs. this has cost me more than € 30 euros. I DO NOT BUY ANY MORE HERE !!!!!

Ordered a parcel paid for next day delivery... 4 days later still no parcel. Tracking is never updated so I have no idea where my parcel is miss pap just keep telling me to wait another 24 hours ..

Quick delivery I was surprised, as I paid standard delivery!the branded misspap sweatshirt are nice oversize and I'm happy with my purchase! This was just my first order ever, and I already installed their App x

Terrible clothes cheap masks have tore after one wash I'm trying to return as shielding through high risk illnessess they refuse to post a label knowing I have no printer and my daughter can only return in po as shes high risk also they are now ignoring me beware

I recieved my order and unfortunately a dress was missing. I found the contact part of the website filled in a quick and easy form and got a quick reply . I was offered a refund or to re send the dress . The customer service team were so lovely and genuine . For a stressful situation in my head it turned out very easy to resolve . This has gained my trust and would definitely reccomend them x

FIVE STARS FOR SWIFT DELIVERY I placed my order in the evening and it arrived by midday next day, so very impressed with delivery. Unfortunately the faux fur coat i ordered was far too small but i have to say was fabulous quality. It felt very luxurious. I'm a normal size 16 with H&M & M&S, large in Zara with room to move, but the L in the coat felt like a size 12. Sadly have to return. Fist time I've ordered with Misspap, but then I'm no spring chicken at 54, but still like to look 45 without looking like mutton dressed as lamb. Would use again, just size up.

I ordered a Teddy Faux Fur Coat after I saw it on one of the YouTubers and she highly recommended it and if you use her name you get a discount. I was so excited and ordered it. Got £2 discount yayyy🙄. I’m naturally size 14/16 and I got a 14. Oh my days was I shocked when I saw it. It looked like a house. I could have gone 2 sizes smaller if they pointed that out on the website or had some kind of reviews for customers to read before buying. The material feels so cheap and felt like a rug. Primark does high quality compared to that. This is extortion and not a very nice thing to do. The material on the collar was different and worse and it was the itchiest thing I’ve ever owned. Am I disappointed? Hell yeah. Will I buy from them again? Nope, Not again unless they do better quality. We are also people and shouldn’t be made to wear sacks. If I bought it for half price in sales it means I would have bought that thing for full price😳? My hard earned money will be spent in Primark as soon as they open.
