Definitely something wrong here. Waiting weeks and weeks for a refund although they confirm receipt of parcel. Do they have money difficulties? I wont be ordering again that's for sure. You can get the same 'cheapo-wear-once outfits' from any number of their competitors but receive a better service. Shame on any celebs that endorse this nonsense company.

From reading the reviews it would appear that MissPap are absolutely criminal in how they deal with their refunds! Having received my return on 27th Dec 2018 I am STILL awaiting a refund despite numerous emails back and forth and being told a dozen times that the refund has been processed!! I have reported to trading standards and citizens advice. Will NEVER EVER purchase from this company again and would advise others not to.

No problems taking my money but trying to get a refund out of them is absolutely shocking!! I have had to chase it 3 times and I get exactly the same replies ‘I can only apologise for the delay with your refund, we are currently experiencing a slight delay with this but can confirm your refund has been processed back to your bank account. We understand that this delay is frustrating, and this is not something we expect for our amazing customers to experience when shopping with us. Please know that we are working around the clock to ensure all returns and refunds are processed as quickly as possible. Kind Regards, Sabine Customer Care’ From what I’ve seen on the other reviews this seems their standardised answer!! A month After my parcel being returned I am still non the wiser as to when they will refund me and still charge me for returning the goods they can’t be bothered to refund!! Their usual 5 working days is way over due 😡 Safe to say I won’t be using them again!! Steer clear!!

Everything. Received a faulty item. Ordered another one, also fault. Returned both. Accepted refund on 12th of December now 56 days on I still do not have the money

Will never order from here again. I’ve had not so great experiences from them before dating back to the start of 2017 such as, not receiving my order for weeks despite next day delivery etc and the customer care team ignoring emails and making excuses but having recently been waiting for a refund on a returned item (first time returning something to them) I’ve waited almost 2 months. They claim they aim to pay you back within 21 days of receiving the returned item. Since this bad experience I have looked at their other reviews and everyone has had a similar experience. so if you’re thinking of shopping here id avoid! I will not be a returning customer.

I ordered a size 10 in a jacket. They sent me out a Medium. The jacket was obviously too big because a medium is a size 12. I emailed them 3 times before they responded. In my email I informed them they had sent out the wrong size and they replied claiming that a Medium is a size 10. No it is not! This is basic knowledge in the retail industry. If I were to return this jacket I would be responsible for paying postal charges which would mean I would be out of pocket for their mistake.

Shoes are terrible quality and TINY. Got 6 pairs of sneakers and they were WAY too small and super cheap-looking. Overpriced, even if they give you 50% off. One pair had been worn and was dirty. If you, like me, shop from Sweden making a return is HELLA EXPENSIVE (93 pounds!) so now I'm stuck with shoes I can't wear. Their customer service is really nonchalant and not that helpful. Do NOT recommend.

If only there was an option for 0 stars. They received my returned parcel on 3rd December 2018, I was told I would be refunded within 21 working days. 2 months later and still nothing, I have non-stop emailed customer services and all I get back from them is a load of lies. Have now resulted in tweeting Miss Pap and emailing the CEO for some answers (although this probs wont do anything as it seems as though he is a shocking CEO according to what I have read) Don't bother shopping here absolutely shocking, would much rather give my money to PLT or misguided etc

Returned an item before Christmas. Got an email acknowledging they received the item and would refund me. Got an email from Lucy to say this would be processed. Waited 28 days nothing - now all my emails are being ignored. This is disgraceful. Who do I report then to? Avoid this company at all costs

Do not shop here!!!!!! Zero stars if possible. Been waiting for a refund since December, no emails back no customer service that you can talk to . I contacted pay pal and they are dealing with this now, to get my refund. Please report this company too!!!!

This company is not worth 1 star.... I have been waiting since Christmas for my refund to go back into my account! They have said it will take 2-5 working days and it’s been way over that and they are not replying to me! I suggest they need to get there act together and decide to give my money back otherwise I will be taking legal action and I’m sure there are other people in the same boat as me!!! Miss pap you are theives!!!!

Ordered a coat for daughter amazing it came next day, but the quality was rubbish and the first. Was bad. I sent this back and I have been waiting now over 30 days for my refund. When I question it they are sorry they are processing it today, it could take up to 5 working days to clear into bank!!! 7 days later still not cleared. Very quick to take your money not very good at giving it back!!!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! IV BEEN WAITING SINCE NOVEMBER 2018 FOR A REFUND AND STILL NOT RECIEVED IT. IV EMAILED AND EMAILED TO BE COMPLETELY IGNORED. CANT FIND A CONTACT NUMBER EITHER. SHOCKING COMPANY DISGUSTING WAY TO RUN BUSINESS

Refund money held - DO NOT SHOP WITH MISSPAP.CO.UK (and they have now blocked me on social media haha) Anyone having issues should call Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline and report them to Trading Standards ASAP and they'll help if you need any further advice or help Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline TEL: 03454 040506 Report MISS PAP's Registered Company name: HOUSE OF MP LTD Company Reg Num: 09645775 Registered Address: Crown House, Plantation Road, Burscough, Lancashire, L40 8JT DO NOT SHOP HERE. I got an acknowledgment email of my returned items Nov 24th. 21 working days passed so I emailed to ask where my refunded money was? I got fobbed off by "Lucy" apologising, saying it had now been processed and it would be back in my account in 2-5 working days. It obviously was not. I emailed again. And again. And again. No reply. I received my refund only yesterday (14th Jan), and that was only after completely spamming MissPap's instagram and twitter posts with links to this page (that's genuinely what it took). They have obviously deleted all my comments and anyone else's comment who asks where their money is. Read actual REAL people's reviews or search all the hundreds of girls tweeting them wanting to know why their money hasn't been refunded for a real representation of this awful company. They're absolute cowboys (and very lucky they refunded me when they did before my legal team sent a letter). I am in my 30s with experience of dealing with these types of companies but I feel so sorry for all the younger girls who are clearly being completely ripped off and are still waiting for their money to be refunded (even longer than I have been). AVOID AVOID AVOID and call the number above if you need help.

Given miss pap 1 star as it was the lowest I could give. I am outraged at the fact that they think it is ok to keep my refund money even though they have recieved their tachy items back in the stated time frame. They are a set of theives not only from my experience but this is evident from reading other reviews. I have had to contact my credit card company and will contact trading standards. Please I urge others do the same if they have had similar experiences.

Placed an order charged £4.99 for next day delivery to store. Left it extra day as busy time of year. Matalan had not received order. The dpd delivery link stated it was returned from its depot without ever having been sent or delivered??????? MISSPAP contact page response was MY RETURN(that I never received) is on its way back and it takes up to 21 days for a refund. Shocking company and service. Added to which a robot or moron response system that misses the point of complaint. NEVER AGAIN
