“Honestly don’t bother ordering from this company as they send out wrong items, take such a long time to get a refund and never respond to messages.”

“Orders 4 dresses the beginning of May. When package arrived it contained just two dresses the same dress in different sizes. The delivery/invoice showed the other two dresses were refunded. I sent one dress back and so expected a refund of £87 countless emails and Facebook messages and keep being asked same questions and still no refund. They refuse to give a telephone number also AVOID!!!!”

“Ordered a jumpsuit first time ordering from missfiga so was a bit reluctant however super happy with what I received. Great quality true to size so order the size you usually are. It fit like a glove will defo order from here again fast delivery 5 star service thanks”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! you will not get a refund! Paid for returns tracked postage was sent signed for and still no refund been waiting since February. How this company is still able to trade is beyond me!!!! STILL NO REFUND”

“Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service. Returned item, paid the postage, provided them with proof of postage. They say that they have sent a refund, and it could take a while, but it just never comes. Scam artists!”

“I returned some items since December 2021 and now it's already May, I am still waiting for a refund of £100+. Tried emailing them and messaging them via the FB chat which they will reply eventually to say the refund has been processed and can take up to ten working days. I have done this a lot of times and have been responded by Rebecca, Lidia, Noreen, Wendy, Julie all saying the same thing that the refund has been processed and will take up to ten days for it to reach my account which it never does!! Avoid this company at all cost as you won't get your money back!!!”

“Ordered clothes for a party and purchased 3 lovely dresses. Returned one as it was too big & it costs around €5 to return. Refund the next day after they received the parcel and I loved it all. Thanks for a great service to all involved.”

“Received the wrong item in March which was promptly returned requesting a full refund. 2 months later and still no refund. Repeated requests from Missfiga for the same information when I’ve emailed them - order number/ tracking number/ replace item etc - all questions have been answered promptly. I would just like my money back. Simple. Would not recommend this company due to very poor communication and customer service.”

“The one star is for the jumpsuit I kept, looked amazing on but didn't wash well. I sent ordered that and a dress for Christmas, returned the dress and I'm still waiting for my refund after sending numerous emails!”

“If i could put no stars I would. I placed my orders on the 3rd March and sent the items back after I received them due to them not fitting me and I’m still waiting for a refund for two orders I made with them. They sent me an email saying I would get a refund and it would take up to 10 days for me to get it but I’m still waiting and whenever I email they they ask for my order numbers and then never reply again!!! They are shocking!!!!”
