I would like to give all of these 5 stars to Vanessa, for her brilliant customer service, help and support throughout my shopping trip to the missselfridge.store in Northampton. It's not all the time that you find people passionate about what they are doing and when we do meet characters such as Vanessa (I think she quite young, but still understands the communication in the relation with the client) it's a pleasure to shop and why not express the aftertaste of the shopping experience.

Huge disappointment with the new owner of Miss Selfridge. Never purchase from this brand again. Customer service not helpful at all. Had a faulty leather skirt which was not cheap and they even didn't want it to be sent back for an investigation. they just said that they are sorry, but they cant help, what kind of customer service it that?? Don't hold your breath if you think that Arcadia customer service will help you resolve any problems. BIG DISSPOINTMENT!

This company is fraud and thief!!!! Do not order from them at all!!! They have blocked DMS and comments on Instagram. They have kept money of many people without returning or contacting. I'm waiting for my money of refund for 3 monthw

Avoid at all costs... I returned my unopened parcels back to their warehouse( practically refused delivery!) after you didn’t cancel them. They both were delivered on the 29th of April according to their website and tracking information on the currier website. after emailing them back and forth for two weeks, they finally got back to me asking me to provide the date of return and proof of postage,along with details of what was returned! I had to screenshot their own website that the items are marked as delivered and also gave them all the information...a few days after they Have now only refunded me for one of my parcels?! What happened to the second one??? They were sent back together!! Please refund the rest of my hard earned money! Why should you have my money for a month when I have never ever even touched any of your stuff! This is my first and last time shopping with them. I have never dealt with such poor customer service! This has been a terrible experience.

Do not buy from miss Selfridge they are scammers placed my order since the 8th of December and I still have not received it I called ur customer service line several times no one seems to find my order one of your agent Micheal even put the phone down on me . Please cancel my order and I want my refund as soon as possible this is very poor customer service I’m going to take this further your company is a scam

I ordered 2 items I ordered 2 items, the second one was instead of paying delivery charge. Got a confirmation email stating that both items had been ordered. The dearest item came and 3 weeks later I was left wondering where the second item was. Had to ring them. All comes all they have none of the second item in stock and they have not charged me for it but put delivery charge on instead. When I look further the confirmation email is over charged and they have still charged me for more than what it would be for the delivered item and delivery. When I saw this I rang back which was a Saturday, earlier afternoon, they agreed to a refund of delivery charge which still isn't enough but they could not authorise the refund as there was no manager there. Isn't this against regulations, no managerial staff to run a business so large? Realising that they have charged me full price for an item that was on sale £15 cheaper but then kindly used my 20% discount for first order. THIS IS OUT OF ORDER ARCADIA GROUP!!

they have a horrible customer service. I wanted to speak to the manager and they said that the manager is not going to give me a call back as this is not their problem- terrible customer service and very disappointed that the manager she refused to speak with me. The person on the phone raised his voice and he was very irritated that i even called- will not ever buy things online as they are not helpful at all even when it is their fault. They have delivered to a wrong address and on top of that i have stated that i need my items in the next few days as leaving in holiday- stated that is not their problem and said that i have to wait and they will decide later on- Guys, the customer service is so horrible and i have spend around £50 for 3 pairs of shorts and now I am at loss due to them and they even refuse to speak to me

They incorrectly advertised online as having products in stock, resulting in me going through 4 stores to find something. None of which had this item and it was incorrectly labelled on the inventory.

I ordered a jacket recently and must admit it’s one of the more difficult things to get the right fit. It turned up promptly and beautifully packed and although it was a lovely jacket it looked so wrong on me. I packed it up and returned free postage through the Post Office - simple! My refund was back in my account within 48 hours. Excellent service will shop with them again.
