I must admit, there was an issue with an item shipped to me. After much deliberation with Minty Melons management this issue was eventually resolved with a favourable outcome. Which did include them professing that their quality control protocol/suppliers would be assessed and the reimbursement for the item to me, without having to endure the reshipping inconvenience and expense.

I must also admit to being rather appreciative of the cordial disposition of the manager whom was dealing with the situation.
i ordered a necklace on the 3rd of june and it is now the 7th of july and i have still not received it. Although i am disappointed, i am still willing to give minty melons a try and when i receive my order, if i am happy with the product i will write another review
Only ordered my item yesterday. Just a little disappointed that when ordering I wasnt given an estimated delivery date. Today I recieved an email stating it will be between July 14th and August 3rd. It's a present for my sons birthday Friday! Not a major issue but wouldn't have ordered originally if I knew how long it would be. I look forward to seeing his face when he finally receives it though.
Had an email yesterday explaining delivery should be much quicker than stated, and given partial refund. I feel very confident in this company and will reccomend them in the future

Hi iv placed an order for lps family packs and received a receipt through email but doesn’t say expected delivery date? Is it possible to track an order?

How long do I have to wait for shipping and postage?
Wrong size wrong item sent after 3 weeks fuming is not the word and you want me to pay the return stamp don’t think so!
Now have my money back in my bank after complaining so thank you.

I ordered a sweatshirt for a birthday present from here. It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received a tracking order to say it’s been dispatched, which I think is a ridicous amount of time for something I could have gotten else where. So, I emailed them twice enquiring about the item and I eventually got a response the second time. Michael who dealt with me was very nice and helpful in explaining it was because of Chinese New Year and that’s why it had been Delayed. All I wanted was a simple response like that in the first place instead of not knowing what the problem was. Overall, I feel that they should have informed me of this delay as soon as I placed an order or put something up on the website stating that this may be an issue just to inform people. However, saying that I’m happy with how that dealt with the issue and probably provided me with better customer service than most places.
Hi Helena, there has been a delay in dispatch due to the Chinese New Year, we have replied to both emails that you sent (Please check your spam), we sent you emails explaining that this item is Being dispatched from Hong Kong and is delayed due to the Chinese New Year from the 28th of January to the 12th of February, we have processed a full refund

Shipping took a while, and I did order a green jacket but got brown but I'm happy with it, good quality jacket.
Nice. Not sure about the wooden beads though.
But nice.
