Knives received, sharper than anything I've used before. Only 4 stars because delivery a little slow, but overall very happy.
Arrived a little late but the product is good quality and the customer support is efficient.
Got my parcel delivered today great variety good quality products
Not the fastest to deliver but good customers service, over all good experience, ill be coming back for more,

I’ve gave it one star because there is no zero. I ordered a product and have not received it . I emailed them and got no reply. I tried to contact them by phone was put on hold for 15 minutes then told I’m number 2 in the Queue , that’s I far as I got because I was then cut off . I tried this twice with the exactly the same out come

I ordered batman & captain america for christmas presents as they was a bargain for 30cm. When could only find 10cm ones everywhere else. Communication brill, based liverpool bt come from china think. Was worried wasnt going to come in time. Bt they did, happy with them and servive will shop here again thankyou. 5*****

I ordered a phone case for a Galaxy A10. Unfortunately it was too tight to slide over the screen protector but Minty Melons kindly refunded the purchase price.

We ordered a small part for a vehicle but an important part on the 25th October. It is now the 05th December and it still hasn't arrived. The tracking information they give you is useless, it hasn't been updated since the 05th November. We phoned them last week to be told we would have it Monday/Tuesday this week but still hasn't arrived. Phoned again today to be told it will now be next week. The delivery time has been appalling, the tracking useless and the customer service although polite poor. We would not recommend this company to anyone based on our experience.
Amazing customer service.
The phone is always picked up almost immediately , very minimal waiting time.

I was upset when I received the wrong order , mistakes happen especially in the run up to Christmas time, so I contacted customer support and they agreed to send the correct posters and let me keep the wrong posters as a gift. Then They even decided to refund me money for compensation due to the stress and waiting time for the posters.
Will definitely buy again and I recommend you also buy from this site. I struggled to find posters on amazon and other websites but mintymelons has it all. Thank you for your generosity and understanding
