“I had mistakenly ordered 2 of the same thing but contacted them and they very quickly removed one and credited my money back immediately. I order from them a lot as they have quality items ,well packaged and the delivery is very quick. Very pleased with the items and also this time the excellent customer service when it was entirely my fault.”

“Ordered this several days before Christmas, and it arrived promptly. I even typed my email address wrong, and didn't get the order confirmation. But after emailing, they resent it to me. Very happy with the service, and my model is in excellent condition.”

“My teenage son loved the car but was very disappointed that he had to put personalised no plate on himself. It was extremely tricky using fingers to cut to the miniature licence plate size and even more fiddly to stick onto the car itself. He wanted it to look perfect but kind of impossible without the appropriate tools to do this. So this was very disappointing for him and kind of ruined it for him.”

This is why a link to the full video guide is available at the point when you add your custom plate to your basket so that customers are aware of the process involved in applying the sticker.
